We called them for emergency services to address waste water backing up into our bathrooms. The first technician they sent tried snaking the drain 50 ft from the clog and ended up flooding our house with sewage. The line had been blocked by roots so he just packed up and left. The second technician they sent the following day tried to get us to commit to digging up the sidewalk to access the clogged pipes for what he said would be "conservatively $65000".He didnt even attempt to clear the roots. We got a second opinion the following day. The plumber from 128 PHCE unclogged the line that day and set us up to have the pipes relined the following day for under 8K. Do not trust Heritage for any work on your home, they will either pressure you into spending ungodly amounts of money or just make the issue worse.
