He promised to reissue the order and ship it directly to my home address. Now it is September 22--almost a full month after my appointment--and I still do not have my lenses. Today, Joel provided me with a tracking number, and while reviewing it together, I discovered that he failed to include my apartment number, which will cause yet another delay. This is completely unacceptable. Vision care is not optional--it is essential--and I should not have to chase down an order I paid for weeks ago. The mishandling of my order, the lack of communication, and the repeated mistakes demonstrate a total disregard for customers. I have been strung along for a month by Joel, the store manager at location #1448, and there has been no accountability from regional manager Brad Morgan either. At this point, I am demanding immediate action to correct this issue and a clear explanation as to why my order has been mishandled from the start.
