I walked out with close to my anticipated return based on my research and previous taxes. Then 3/18/26 I found out they adjusted the paperwork and submitted changes without notifying me and its already gone through IRS. We have incredibly complicated taxes, and so we have to drop them off early for her to get a head start on them. I can say without a doubt, that she's the joy of my tax time. She makes it easy and comfortable to deal with the IRS and all that's involved. Joanne works very hard on the return for us. This year, she even had to go out of her way to locate specific things that only applied to a few people period, and she found a way to do this for us and get us a refund. I am very sure if I had gone somewhere else, we would have been in a lot worse situation. The location is easy to find, it's well lighted, and I've never had any issue with going there.
