New picnic tables! We Asked about a different lot a bit longer, that seems to have people in and out , to get our truck off the street, but office said no. Our site was very difficult to get into. Sites are not angled. They have activities and a really nice friendly director. We also asked to have a dirt hole filled directly behind our truck. I fear I will stumble into it . We reported 3weeks ago nothing has happened! It needs a yard of gravel . Thought about kayaking on River but told too wide , so not used by people here. There are no bike paths near here. No WiFi to sites, but you do have a keyed mail box. The small Pool is not screened and no see m's have been horrible. There are 2 pickle ball courts, corn hole and shuffle board. Many in mobile homes here have their friendship formed and live permanently and this makes a difference then an all RV park! Park does have a large laundry room and is kept clean! Machines operate on an app which you put on your phone! They have separate club house w/ kitchen parties are held here. Price is reasonable!

I was impressed by the photos and 3D tour of my client's building and didn't hesitate to hire Christopher. Knowing there is always a learning curve with new photographers I can say Christopher was the most responsive, professional, polite and the best we have hired to date. This was no easy task, the building contains three separate tenant suites and one large 8,500 SF suite with 25 offices and many open space common areas including a 2nd floor. Christopher spent over 11 hours on a Saturday taking photos and completing the Matterport 3D tour video. Some photos were not exactly what we were seeking as the sun was going down, but no worries, Christopher insisted on returning to the property to retake a few photos for no additional charge. He actually offered a discount but we refused. We at Bridgewater Commercial Real Estate were extremely pleased and highly recommend his services.

See the photos for its history, etc, but there are cute cabins to rent , an outpost ( food, drinks, souvenirs and bait sold; I had a root beer float); nightly entertainment, and plenty of chairs for relaxing. Saw a few carloads of ? College aged kids parking and getting ready for some early evening fishing. Just a fun and relaxing place to visit.

What a good find…read more.. This area was not on my radar at all. We simply wanted to visit a friend in the area that was moving and she recommended staying here over the nearby hotel chains. This is a wonderful place to stay if you are looking to get away for some relaxation without all the heavy tourist activity, etc. It is quiet and has everything you need. There is a pool, beach access and other amenities, plus, there are a few restaurants (with bars) nearby. The rooms are comfy and are supplied with a fridge, microwave, dishes, etc. The hotel offers a great view whether you are on the bay side or not. If you are looking for something to do in the area then Bradenton, Tampa and St. Petersburg are nearby with a plethora of activities and sites to meet everyone's desires. Lastly, there is complimentary parking with your stay in a protected garage area assigned by the building you are staying. The check in/out staff was friendly and informative. Please note: Currently they don't attend to the rooms every day with the pandemic. However, if there is anything you need...just let them know and they will get it to you, handle it, take care of it, etc. A "con" is that one elevator was not working when we were there and the working elevator is slow. Please note, you press the button to "call it", the light may go off and the doors won't open...you need to press the button again to open or else you'll find yourself standing there wondering what is going on. Strange I know, but it is what it is. The broken & slow elevator issue can be frustrating if you are in a hurry, exhausted, etc...so be prepared! Plus, you are supposed to keep your distance from folks with the pandemic, however, some folks ignore that and pile in. With one elevator broken and the other running slow...things like this happen. Oh...and I'm still not sure why there is a "resort fee" when the amenities they have come free with other hotels, but perhaps I missed something spectacular. Personal note: Beds and pillows are ok, but if you are driving in I'd bring my own pillow. It's great the rooms have ceiling fans...woot! The…read moreTownhouse, while nicely appointed (we had a townhouse at the Inn part of the resort on Destiny Drive) is in considerable disrepair. There is mold in the shower... A LOT of mold. The shower curtain is torn and off the hooks, and both bedrooms have vertical blinds with several missing slats and one wouldn't close all the way. Upon our arrival the key wouldn't open the front door and we had to wait on the porch for 20 minutes in the cold for maintenance technician to arrive. Not a way we wanted to start off a wedding weekend. Let's hope they come clean the mold away tomorrow See photos. Worst of all...... NOT ACCESSsaBLE and nobody told us. The tub is tall and difficult to get into (for elderly or mobility impaired). Have to climb two flights of stairs to get to front door, then up another flight to get to the bedroom. The rudest staff ever. A lifeguard told a guy to get his ears checked because he didn't hear any…read morethunder when they were kicking us out of the pool. A couple weeks ago an employee gave us attitude because we accidentally didn't see the sign outside that said you couldn't enter the cafe with wet clothes. I just wish the staff could be more understanding and the rules for the pool are very strict. We pay so much for HOAs but aren't able to truly enjoy the clubhouse with our friends.
