If you have a problem you can simply call in and someone is sent in to help in around 30 minutes. The condos are very clean and orderly. The building is very quiet and not busy at all. The pool and beach area are clean and amazing. Since there are not many residents at once, the pool and beach tend to be empty and it feels like you have the whole area to yourself. The beach is almost never crowed near the condominium because of the smaller size. I would definitely recommend this to anyone I know. Most of the condos that are up for rent are renovated and beautiful. The views from each condo is beautiful and the condos are just amazing. There isn't another word that can describe it. There is a lot of privacy as there are gates into the pool and beach area as well as leaving the area. This is definitely a place to rent for your next vacation.

Just leftovers, it seems. One morning, they had quiche instead of eggs, and another time they were out of yogurt for several days. When I asked the staff, they simply said their delivery didn't arrive. That's no excuse--someone could have gone to the store. No one apologized, and no one followed up. This is not an isolated incident. Hilton corporate has not responded to my complaint, which speaks volumes about the management oversight. If you're traveling with kids or looking for a standard Hilton-quality stay, this is not the place. There's no regard for nutrition or basic breakfast expectations, and guests were visibly frustrated each morning. Sadly, it feels like they're just throwing out whatever's left in the fridge. As a Lifetime Diamond member, I've stayed at many Home2 Suites locations, and this is by far the most disappointing. Lack of quality, poor service, and zero accountability. They had quite a few stains and need some TLC. The rugs need to be vacuum daily as people (children too) drop crumbs or drinks onto the rugs and chairs. The rooftop upholstery lounge beds definitely need to be cleaned thoroughly. They do not look like they are being steamed cleaned or changed frequently. The pool that the resort has is also very nice and is pretty deep - like 8 feet in the deep end. The "resort" looks more like a motel as you can see in my pictures, the room was decently clean, no critters crawling around which is basically the minimum I ask of any place where I am staying overnight. The rooms are very outdated I must say, almost everything looked pretty old inside, and the counters and tables definitely could have been wiped down. The logos of the hotel in the elevators also were vandalized by various patrons for who knows how long and the hotel didn't bother to clean/fix it? Overall, I'd stay here again if I was feeling like saving money on a trip and just cared about somewhere to sleep for the night.
