Door dashers beware. This Peter Piper Pizza used to be my favorite pizza place in town, then today happened. Paid for a large three topping pizza, light sauce, extra cheese and traditional wings with extra ranch and veggie sticks. Ended up with a cold 4 topping pizza, extra sauce, nearly no cheese. No veggies, no extra ranch (despite paying for them). The meal obviously sat out for awhile too. The cardboard was soggy and wet. I called and spoke to the manager who told me she couldn't refund my purchase unless I came into the store and that if I didn't come in today, she wouldn't refund me at all. $50 in the trash, will not patronize this restaurant again. read more

Peter Piper Pizza is in a medium size shopping center with plenty of parking nearby. You walk-in and it's like any other Peter Piper Pizza. It has an arcade zone which is rather small for the number of Patrons that visit. On a Busy night, expect to wait to play any game. This being the fourth time here it's been the same issues each time. The line to order food is always long, the food takes forever to get, and 1/2 the time, the order is wrong or you have to ask for it after waiting 30 minutes. The individuals working there tend to be nice, helpful and understanding. On two of my visits they gave me a 2-Free Pizza Coupons due to the super long wait and for giving out frozen wings. I've been there for school fundraising nights three of my four times. I would think the Management would realize that there isn't much to do in Sierra Vista, so helping the school and taking the kids to Peter Piper pizza is going happen.... However, they never have enough crew members to keep the store running smooth on these nights. There are multiple dirty tables, overflowing trash cans, long lines and no help on the game room floor. There is always one girl who wears glasses (I don't know her name) who is always at the ticket/prize counter when I go there. She is the friendliest person there and helpful and super nice to all the screaming kids who want every toy they see. There is not many place to take kids to get pizza and play games in this town like I said above, so maybe that's why the management doesn't change operations.... Great service- picked up a decent sized catering order. I think the pizza here is better than some other Peter Pipers Pizza locations. The order was prompt and assembled at the time promised. I had an additional order that I needed to pick up later and they sorted everything out and had my second order ready at the time we discussed. They ran out of pans for a specific size I ordered.. no problem, they just upgraded me to the next size up. I'll take that as a solution any time. This is what you'll get when you dine here between the hours of 11am-2pm, Mon-fri, when you ask for their buffet. The price for children is just $ 4.49 and adults $6.49, WHAT A STEAL!! 1. Arrived on August 9, 2019 for the lunch buffet and the whole place was FREEZING COLD. It must have been 65F in there. I spoke to the manager on duty and he explained that "corporate" had installed the AC units and he had no control over setting the thermostat. I will never eat-in this restaurant again until the situation is resolved. 2. It's nice that they have 'some' heat lamps over the buffet pizzas set out for lunch, but they need to do the same for the stacked plates. The plates are off to the side and COLD. The food is good, the pizza is delicious. 2 stars for that. Minus stars for everything else. The interior is always dirty, tables not wiped trash on the floor. So come prepared to clean your own table. Luckily we carry hand sanitizer to disinfect the table. The staff at the ticket redemption is rude , when they should be a bit more pleasant especially to small children who are excited to redeem their tickets after playing their games to anxiously get more tickets. A majority of the games do not work or the ones that do , do not dispense tickets even if you win or earn points. The ticket readers do not work. Tv in the corner still is broken and plays the news channel with static. The restrooms smell like the sewer has backed up. Just avoid it or use the restroom before coming here. Purchased a pizza in support of a local school fundraiser event. Grabbed it to go, was eating on the way to work, and bit into a slice to discover a portion of plastic from a glove (so I assume). It was baked into the dough, and did not show at all until I bit into that section, and then pulled it out. Not even sure how this could have happened. This is a nice little pizza place that is not like the rest around town. It has a little arcade place for the kids that reminds me of a much smaller Chuck E Cheese. The pizza was ok, I would not say it was great by any stretch of the imagination. Also, the pizza was sort of pricey. I got a small and it came to 14 dollars. I was taken aback by that but I wanted to try something new. If I had the kids with me I may have though differently about this place due to the fact they could play and have fun. I rated this a 4 because I know my kids would have fun here if they were with me. But as it is, it is just me down here so I don't think I will be going there alone again. read more

This place always has absolutely wonderful customer service and their food is fresh and delicious! I've been here a few times, once on a school field trip with over 100 first graders and multiple times as a regular customer, and with every experience I was very impressed with the staff members attitudes and efficiency! So far, I've been there once, though I'm already planning to go again in two days. First, the staff are great, epecially Malena, the only one we actually spoke with. Second, the pizza is the best buffet pizza I've ever eaten, and generally I like all pizzas and, as often as possible, I eat at pizza buffets. But, the reason I give this place only four instead of five stars is that the selection is limited. I've been in pizza buffets with many more selections and, in some ways more important, much more selection in the salad bar. Here was only what might be called a Caesar salad -- fairly blah. But, again, the pizza was excellent. Oh, and really remarkable: Mr. Pibb in the soda selection! I don't know why, since the local Coca-Cola​ distributor also handles Dr Pepper, but I'm glad. This place has gotten much better over the past year or so. We really like the pizza! Just be sure to ask for it extra crispy. They tend to undercook the heck out of it! They have put in some new games for the kiddies recently. If a game doesn't work or if it didn't give tickets they are usually good at fixing the issue. I oredered the Chicago classic pizza. The hand toss crust was not bad, but the pizza over all wasn't as outstanding as expected. Disappointing visit. Couldn't find a clean table in the place. Plenty of empty tables, just very few that were clean. The food was ok, but I wouldn't go out of my way for it. The TV in the corner showing CNN was full of static. One time there was an announcement, but it was so garbled I wondered for a moment if I had suddenly teleported to an airport. Are you looking for a nice hand tossed pizza dough? If so, don't come here. Their crust comes prepackaged. They advertise "Fresh." They left off the rest of the sentence: "Fresh.....out of a can, box , or other package." Here's why I'm leaving 3 stars, we call ahead to order and ALWAYS ask for extra sauce and a well done pizza, here's what we've been getting the last month or two- barely any sauce and the pizza is barely cooked! I mean where you can even see the dough pull it out and form it into shapes! I even asked if I could pay more to make sure they would add extra sauce and cook the pizza longer! Where do I start. What a horrible experience. Is it a restaurant or fun zone? What it's not is both. Having been here before only for my child's enjoyment, I knew what to expect. Crappy food, kid crazy environment and the lasting sticky mess from the tables where all you want to do is shower immediately when you get home. Tonight's fiasco is the lack of employee ability to serve the customers. They were so slow that we ordered on the phone while standing in line. A desert pizza took over 40 minutes to prepare. Cory, the manager(?) is clueless, and actually caused the kitchen and line issues by just being in the way and not being productive. We complained, and the staff could not even form a sentence, just a confused, guttural sound. No offer of apology, no understanding. No comment. No reaction. This must be the norm for them. - Also, how hard is it to cut the pizzas all the way through so you don't have to saw it apart with the plastic knife.
