It was 3:36pm on a Sunday when I placed my order. I sat by my Chromebook watching the "Papa Track" status of my pizza. At 3:44pm the pizza was ready for pick-up. That was fast! I could have left the house and driven to the store in that time. I was immediately greeted by several employees. (Luckily my student wasn't one of them!) I just wanted napkins (no need for plates or plasticware) and then ate two slices outside at one of two tables offered customers. The store is at a corner location, which makes having outside dining feasible and practical. One employee coming back from a delivery saw me and asked if I needed more napkins, I said I was fine. Five stars for customer service. The pizza itself was four-plus stars. There was plenty of cheese but the toppings were on the skimpy side. The crust was salty, but I liked the gooey cheese rolled into the crust. The garlic salt is probably what added the salt, I'll get a regular stuffed crust next time. I noticed a lot of people come by for pick-up orders, so that tells me this place does good business. I'll be back!

Came in around 1:15 during what looked to be a bit of a rush period. From what was seen, all of the staff were very kind and made the experience great to start off. I got a Beef Bacon Smokecheesy after a couple years from moving away and it tasted just as good as before if not better! I also want to just say that Cindy was the cashier that helped us out and even when we were eating still helped us when we had questions, she is very kind. 10/10 place to come have lunch and I definitely want to come back next time I visit Sierra Vista. :) read more

Schlotzskys Deli is always just the right answer for lunch for our extended family and friends after church on Sundays. We come in hungry, with individual ideas on what it will take to satisfy that hunger. The staff is always friendly and helpful and they get the orders right! The soups are awesome, and I love the different types of bread available for the sandwiches. The pizzas are delicious too!
