I used to eat there so often I was able to utilize my free $7 multiple times from my app. The environment actually allow for me to work on my laptop in peace as I enjoy my food. Often I have met clients there as well as friends and family for a relaxing meal and conversation. Menu is nice, prices are fair, employees are very nice and attentive to your needs as a customer. Oh, you have to try the Caramel Picanbon!!!. We do not go here as often, actually from every other week to about once every 6 months. Mainly because of the owners lack of actual customer service. Also, the manager that used to run that place along with her staff are all gone now. Still good kids there so as long as you do not experience Jo, you'll do fine. Food is still excellent . First off this location was nice and clean on the inside. I ordered a Meaty Pizza and it was delivered to my table promptly. While the pizza wasn't as good as I remembered, it wasn't bad. Recently moved to Sierra Vista and was excited to see a Schlotzsky's here. Unfortunately, it appears they have gone the cheap route on the ingredients as the meats were highly processed and disgusting. Additionally, I watched the kitchen workers preparing food, handling trash, delivering food out to people in their car, touching door handles and multiple surfaces, and then returning immediately to prepare more sandwhiches and salads with their hands that had the same pair of nitrile gloves on the whole time. I never saw the guy change his gloves once. Probably a lot of people in this town with diarrhea from Shitzsky's. Corporate or Environmental health should step in as I will notify them. read more

I don't think this is typical for location but I just got the wrong sandwich. I could barely hear the woman on the speaker and I could hear another employee's voice more clearly, so it was very confusing. I think they were talking to each other rather than pay attention. At the window, the woman correctly repeated my order, but when I got home it was a completely different sandwich. The thing is, I got just a sandwich when most people get chips and/or a drink. I think they just flat out made the wrong sandwich because they weren't paying attention at all. That suggests laziness on the employees' part. read more

The food is hit or miss, sometimes it's exactly what you ordered and other times it's not at all what you order. all around service and quality has gone down, for example when you go through the drive thru usually you are met by someone with a rude demeanor who is short and impatient. I get that working a job like that can suck but you signed the contract, no one made you work there. I've always liked the food at this Schlotzsky's, but the service has become awful lately. Today, I ordered a sandwich meal to eat here, with a soup & Cinnabon to go. I had to ask for the drink cup. The soup came with my sandwich, so simply asked for a lid, but waited for the girl to bring a wrapper for a sandwich I was eating here. I had to ask for the cookie, then the Cinnabon. Tables were dirty everywhere & napkins out while employees made small talk & giggled behind the counter. It would be ok if this was a one-off but everytime I come to the drivethru to get food for my mom in chemo, the staff never knows what soups are available & always out of crackers. They also can't tell me the ingredients on a salad, asking coworkers, then giving me a salad with ingredients not mentioned. Basically, every order here ends in frustration so moving on now. I'd love to point to the off excuse of "pandemic labor shortage," but a lack of reasonable knowledge of products, inability to actively listen, conduct basic cleanup, nor keep crackers around is ultimately a management issue that needs addressed. read more

The last time I went to a schlotskys I remember greasy good on the side of the highway. I was pleasantly suprised to see a revamped menu. The location we went to was very similar to a Panera bread.
