A student of mine works at this location. She told me she is happy working there. She likes her supervisor and her employees and the food. So I tried this company myself earlier today. I ordered a large Garlic Epic Stuffed Crust Garden Fresh pizza which came to $24.76 via the app. I chose pick-up since having food delivered adds time and money. It was 3:36pm on a Sunday when I placed my order. I sat by my Chromebook watching the "Papa Track" status of my pizza. At 3:44pm the pizza was ready for pick-up. That was fast! I could have left the house and driven to the store in that time. I was immediately greeted by several employees. (Luckily my student wasn't one of them!) I just wanted napkins (no need for plates or plasticware) and then ate two slices outside at one of two tables offered customers. The store is at a corner location, which makes having outside dining feasible and practical. One employee coming back from a delivery saw me and asked if I needed more napkins, I said I was fine. Five stars for customer service. The pizza itself was four-plus stars. There was plenty of cheese but the toppings were on the skimpy side. The crust was salty, but I liked the gooey cheese rolled into the crust. The garlic salt is probably what added the salt, I'll get a regular stuffed crust next time. I noticed a lot of people come by for pick-up orders, so that tells me this place does good business. I'll be back! read more

Today was a girls night get together , and pizza and salad sounded wonderful and where else to get the best pizza is at Papa John's. I ordered on the app pick and my pizza was ready on time. It was so good everybody was happy. This is the best place for pizza. read more

Over the course of 10+ years, there seems to be a slow but steady decline from this papa John's. What used to be my favorite delivery pizza spot has now become just kind of meh. Pizzas always seem to be soggy and undercooked, even if you make special requests for lighter sauce or well done. At the end of the day, it is fast food pizza, so I'm not expecting anything special, but it is a lower quality than other Papa John's stores. read more

I am absolutely disturbed by the quality of this delivery order. Food delivered by Uber. The driver didn't do anything wrong to mess this order up. Papa John's manager sure did though. Did not want to accept responsibility for the food being terrible. Told me I had to go through Uber to get it fixed or had to come pick it up or be charged a delivery fee. Well I'm starving and don't have a car available to me so I'm paying a delivery fee to get the order fixed because Uber complaints do not get corrected immediately. I will never order papa John's ever again. Horrible excuse for customer service from a pizza place I order from almost weekly. If you aren't going to stand behind your products just because it was delivered by a third party, maybe you shouldn't be using a third party. I will be contacting the district management team to file a formal complaint. Now the new delivery comes and the food is still a mess and looks terrible. And I had to pay more money to have it redelivered and still receive subpar food. read more

I ordered the Works and there are barely any green peppers on it. That's the only complaint I have. Other than that, the employee was very friendly during the interaction and that's a big plus for me. read more

Not sure about all the negative reviews but my experience beg the differ. I ordered online, walked in, waited 10 minutes, and got the delicious pizzas. While I was waiting, An elderly woman with a cane came in to pick up her pizza and was unable to open the door. The young lady behind the counter assisted her all the way to the car. I LIKE IT!!! We used to order from Papa John's at least a couple of times a month for almost 2 years but stopped almost a year ago. The last few orders before we called it quits consisted of a pizza that was not fully baked or completely wrong ingredients. We only called in one time when the pizza was pretty much raw and the store manager was happy to replace it. Fast forward to Friday. We ordered two pizzas, bread, and wings. The latter two were awesome but one pizza was 100% wrong. It was actually someone else's pizza put into our box. I called and had to go through a bit of a runaround in order to get a new pizza made and delivered. The manager said it would take at least 1.5 hours and we said we would wait since we wouldn't touch the other pizza. (I hate green peppers and my husband hates olives.) They did drop off a replacement but sadly, the hubs and I suffered from the moment we swallowed the first bite until the intestinal aftermath that followed. My husband had more GI issues than me and I am sure our dogs joined those around the neighborhood in howling at the stench that resulted from the revenge of the PJ pizza. The cats followed him and tried to bury him in their litter box while the bathroom fan pulled double duty before finally committing suicide and dying a slow death. Seriously, peeling paint was only the beginning. I had become best friends with a bottle of extra strength Tums while popping Xantac for the terrible heartburn. He had ordered the meatball special pizza. I would definitely advise against that as the pink slime that has been banned from schools has surely been sold to PJ's and turned into what could never pass as a real meatball. They weren't even round. We won't order from them again. The people are awesome. The delivery guy was professional but the food was terrible. My advice is save yourselves and go to Domino's or any other store until PJ's can figure out their quality control issue. read more

Getting bad lately. Wednesday ordered a pizza got an estimate of 22-26 minutes. Ordered dozens of times with the time not being an issue. Called 45 minutes later and the guy tells me the driver left with the order after mine and there's been no others and that my order had been out for "well... more than 10 to 12 minutes." So I talk to the manager. She starts to say it just came out but couldn't explain why it took 45 minutes. She back peddles when I tell her what the guy who answered the phone said. She then says delivery got busy. Then back peddles when I tell her what the guy says and admits there was only one. I ask what is going to be done about this. She says she "whenever the driver gets back they'll get it out." So I explain by then I'll be receiving a cold pizza that had been out of the oven for about an hour. She says "nothing else I can do." So with that management failure I had her cancel my order. I am not sure what is going on but friendly or not in store papa johns has serious management issues and this has become habit. If I could give this company a zero I would, a couple months ago me and my pregnant girlfriend came here for a pizza and wings, the pizza was horrible. Me and my girlfriend got food poisoning from the food and it just so happened that the next day she gave birth to our beautiful baby boy. She was throwing up all day that day, along with me, and it was not good at all. I felt horrible, she felt horrible, and when I called to complain they said a general manager would call me back. I have yet received such call and have not gone to this papa johns or any papa johns since. Don't eat here if you want to get treated like another big city customer. Used to go here multiple times a week but stopped as I had to many negative experiences. A couple of the ladies working there new who i was as soon as they saw my car or me as I was ordering pizza so much. I finally got fed up with my pizzas being messed up too many times and stopped going even tho i appreciated the great customer service from some of the people there other people sucked and didn't have customer service or the ability to make pizza. When they don't mess up the pizza is the best in town but they messed my pizza up to many times for me. Once they put pizza sauce on the pizza even tho it was supposed to have bbq sauce instead. A couple times they forgot to put the garlic sauce with the pizza. multiple times the pizza was slightly under cooked and had partially gooey underside. Another time i ordered double pepperoni and it had less pepperonis than what there usual pepperoni pizza had. What finally turned me away from the place was when I arrived and my pizza wasn't ready and they said it would be right out. after waiting a while I heard the person putting the pizza's in the box and cutting them say that she needed a new xl meats as this one didn't have bacon on it. The guy making the pizzas told her that he had a couple others to make before that one and no one informed me that i would have to wait longer as screwed up my pizza and neither did they apologize. I ended up being there for about 30 minutes. They should have made my pizza as soon as they found out that it was messed up not make the other pizzas before my remake as they were the ones who screwed up not me. They also should have told me about the mistake and apologized letting me know that. Not only did this young lady who looked like a teenager not apologize she ate a garlic knot up at the front register while i was waiting. Totally unprofessional. I love this Pizza, Not burnt and no over load of cornmeal on the bottom. Nice flavor and way less expensive than that Pizza hut!!! Wonderful people there!!! read more
