Love their pizzas, the employees are great and the price is reasonable. We've been going there every Friday for lunch three years, until one day the new manager demanded that he see some indentification. This is because we wanted to enjoy our pizza with a beer. I don't normally carry my wallet with me, just a credit card, so this became a major sticking point. Now we no longer patronize this restaurant, just because of their ridiculous company policy to 'card' anyone, regardless of obvious seniority. Today I came back to try a cauliflower crust pizza with my favorite veggies: spinach, green peppers, onions, diced tomatoes, mushrooms crushed garlic. The crust wasn't as tasty as I had expected and the red sauce barely made it around. I did like the home brewed caramelized pear iced tea. It was slightly sweetened and blended well with the black tea. I came in at 7:46pmon a Monday. I waited 15 minutes. I love the ideas of the "build your own personal pizza" joints and have had many which are fantastic. I can't say the same for MOD. Now, to be completely transparent, this probably isn't this locations fault, but the food quality (especially for the price) is disappointing. Some of the meat looks like it could have come out of a lunchable. That being said, I have had steady and consistent issues with this location which has scratched it off of my families list of options for places to dine. Having ate at this location 10+ times, I can't say that I've ever had an online order fulfilled correctly. Some times it is minor stuff like ingredients missing, and others times it results in full portions of the order not being processed which requires waiting for the item to be made and/or long drives back. The bigger concern is that over the past 6+ months myself, my wife, and other coworkers all become ill after eating there. It's not just limited to the pizza, but also the salads and cheese sticks. Within an hour, most people feel discomfort and at a minimum have diarrhea. I want to stress, these are anecdotal reports from 7 different people (myself and my wife included) which have all occurred over months long time spans. My family is not one to let one experience ruin a spot, and we have given MOD Multiple tries, but the same gastrointestinal issues happen consistently. We don't have this sort of issue at other dining establishments, which is why we've narrowed it down to something at this location. For the money, we'd rather get a cheap pizza from little caesar, a delivery pie from a normal chain, or better, local hand made quality from a Vinny's. read more

If you're unsure what toppings you want on it, then they have many recommendations to pick from; meat lovers to veggies pizzas. Where's the cheese? Where's the meat? I asked for extra cheese and I guess they had a sense of humor messing with someone's food - MINE! When I called them the store manager Brandon said "Um I'm sorry, I could take your name down and you can have a free pizza next time." I was furious! I couldn't believe it. Read before you go - walked in with my family tonight and we didn't even make it to ordering. There were FIVE dead cockroaches on the ground within the entry to the restaurant and in the line leading up to order. We notified the staff and they seemed unbothered. We left. I have eaten at MOD at this location many of times and have been happy with the service and food. However, the two times that I have placed an order online I have disappointed. The standard seems to be different when you are not present in order to see your food prepared. Today I ordered a Mega Caesar with only spinach and double chicken.
