He is without a doubt, the BEST inspector I've ever worked with, and I've been through a couple dozen inspections over the past ten years. I've used a dozen home inspectors before and have a good sample size to compare them. They rarely impress me, and I sometimes wonder if they're even worth the expense. Peter changed my mind. He spent 2.5 hours at the property and found things I would never have known, and I'm pretty handy - things that you might not know if you didn't have extensive knowledge of the equipment - things like HVAC and water heater installation. Anyone can spot a crack in the floor, but Peter knew what likely caused it and whether it was an indication of a bigger problem on the horizon.
