My boyfriend and I needed an inspection in Landers,CA on a 3 bedroom 2 bath house and this guy was so thorough. He showed up about twenty five minutes earlier than our appointment. He was so professional and discreet around the seller. One of the sellers associates was completely obnoxious and rude to our inspector Adan, and Adan handled that situation beautifully. He also told us that he would be on vacation during memorial weekend, he said he knew he wouldn't have internet where he was going so he told us that we would have the report before he left, we had the report within 24 hours!
