They leave the yard cleaner than they found it and do exactly the job they are hired to do. They often are able to come sooner than their estimated date and let me know ahead of time to make sure the date is ok. They also have the most competitive prices I have found. They ended up calling me the day before our original scheduled day and came out and quickly removed 2 pine trees and 2 large shrubs. They had a fairly heavy duty stump grinder, which made quick work of the stumps and large roots. They also brought a large chipper and cleaned up all debris, including everything around the chipper. They brought a large bucket truck, but did not need it for my particular trees. It is nice to deal with a professional tree service, which has the necessary equipment and expertise to complete any tree work, unlike another so-called tree service, which left me a huge mess, when the city would not pick it up. I didn't realize until they were finishing up that Oliverio, the business owner was part of the crew, which completed all of the work. It was nice to see him lead his team by example. This company was great from start to finish. They had a fair price and didn't do any damage (which was what I was most worried about). They came in and worked like a well oiled machine with a big group of workers and crane and another truck for the debris. They were done so quickly (two hours!), cleaned up after themselves, and were so communicative leading up to the day of the work. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking for tree work.

They had to climb the roof and remove huge branches from the roof and walls of the shed, in addition to removing the rest of the tree. They showed up on time with a large, skilled crew. The end result at this point is that the job was NEVER COMPLETED and JAMES HAS NOT RETURNED A $748.50 PAYMENT I made for half the invoice. ISSUES 1) James didn't put me on the calendar for March 16th after we spoke the day before and him saying he would stop by to check out the work I was wanting to have done. Okay... no big deal. It was a Sunday and he came the next day. Followed up with a professional quote via email soon after. 2) On the day work was scheduled to be done, April 5th, I didn't hear from James until I reached out via text to see if he was coming. He replied that he had been looking for my number... by this point we had spoken on the phone, texted, the company had emailed me and I had paid $748.50 for half the job to James on Venmo. There were multiple, multiple ways to contact me. Okay... it was raining and the explanation he gave of sod not being available due to the heavy rain checked out. 3) April 14th James said he needed to issue me a refund because he wouldn't be able to complete the job. He was dealing with a tragedy in the family and was taking time away from work. I was supposed to receive a refund in 7-9 business days. Okay... obviously a tragedy. I would have even understood some delay in him processing the refund. 4) When the refund didn't show up after 13 business days, I texted James. He had always been responsive prior to this but all of a sudden was unreachable...except when I called from a different number. I tried to make him refunding the money as easy as possible... I sent him a Venmo request to send the payment back. I emailed the invoice I had paid. When I did speak with him after calling from a different phone number, he said he would look into the refund issue. IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 1 MONTH NOW SINCE THE JOB WAS CANCELED AND THE REFUND PROMISED. THE JOB HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED AND THE REFUND HAS NOT BEEN MADE. CALLS, TEXTS AND EMAILS HAVE NOT BEEN RETURNED. In addition to the issues mentioned above, the red flags should have been that the company does not list a physical address and it takes payments on Venmo. I do not recommend you hire this company.

My initial call for an estimate was easy, and scheduling was very organized and easy. The estimator showed up on time and gave several options on the quote, and provided a business card in the event of questions. After signing the invoice, my removal was scheduled. I received several reminder notifications and the crew arrived on time. The removal was very professional and they had all of the equipment to keep it safe and efficient. The entire tree was removed hours ahead of the estimated time, and this crew did an incredible job with cleanup. There was not so much as a twig left in my yard on completion. This company is really outstanding in their focus on the customer and the professional manner in which they operate. I'm very confident in their abilities and they were truly professional in all aspects of what they do. The owner of this company must be very proud of what they built. As a consumer, I wish every contractor experience matched this one.
