I am so glad I came here- staff was very helpful and kind, and did not try to add on a bunch of unnecessary services. Even though my car is a rust bucket, they were able to work on my brakes when other places told me it might not be possible. Great atmosphere and seating areas, as well as a place for kids, and it was quiet enough that I could do homework while I waited. They have coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and vending machines. Will definitely come back, I am very happy with their service.

I had called, but do not recall the fellows name and was told it was $1369 for the tank and to expect 2 hours of labor for around another $400. When I called back, I got a different person who ordered the tank and scheduled installation. We did not discuss the labor for installation. When I went to the dealership to have the tank installed. The service person stressed that they charge by the hour not by the job and expected it to take 4 hours. They were done in around 90 minutes but charged me for the full 4 hour time frame. When I questioned this. I was told that their tech was really experienced and they were charging for the full 4 hours at just over $770. Didn't you stress it was by the hour not by the job?? I cannot help but feel cheated by this. If you stress you charge by the hour why did you instead charge for the job and an estimated time vs. what it actually was. I will have difficulty trusting Vann York Honda going forward and will probably look to taking my business elsewhere. I would recommend you do so as well.

Mixed feelings about this dealership, and please note here I'm only reviewing the service aspect…read moreand specifically oil changes. The positive is that pricing is competitive for a full synthetic oil change, the waiting room is roomy and clean, as are the bathrooms which all are importantly if you're waiting around for a bit. The not so great is that even though I make an appointment for each visit I do not seem to be given any priority and frankly the time it takes to get in and out for a simple oil change is abyssal. I miss the days of the guaranteed oil change time of thirty minutes I think it was. Heck, I would be happy with an hour guarantee at this point. The staff is pleasant and because of the cost I will probably continue but if you want me to be really pleased...get me in an out in an hour max.

After receiving a final price and confirming its accuracy with management, they replied that the original listed price had been reduced due to a "shift in the market," and jokingly implied that it could be increased again, which ultimately occurred. I was informed the next morning while traveling 3.5 hours to the dealership that the final price was raised by $9,400. I would like to note that Lynn at Vann York Toyota handled the situation professionally and was very helpful throughout the process. I strongly recommend conducting thorough research and considering reputable dealerships when making a purchase decision. After coming to a reasonable agreement on pricing after my original review was posted, they sold the truck while I was traveling for the second time to pick it up.

While the website inventory listing is very impressive, I was "blown away" when I arrived at the business. The inventory is expansive and exceptional- the Carrera selection is impressive! The sales team was knowledgeable, honest, and straightforward. The same can be said for the service/transport/detailing teams. The lines of communication and follow up are excellent. After several discussions w the owner he explained his current and future vision of his business, coupled with my dealings with his team, validated my decision to do business w HBI. Additionally, HBI will pick up and service my car. I am extremely happy that I purchased my 991.1 C4S from HBI Auto. You would be remiss if you do not consider HBI Auto when considering to purchase a Porsche or other exotic car. Jan 15, 2026 ...16 Months and 20,000 miles later, combined with my 991.1 C4S service obsession ( (2) oil changes, 60 K Full Service, (2) alignments, Expel Protection), allows me to comment on HBI experiences from multiple perspectives i.e. Sales, Service, Detailing, Transportation. I reside 150 miles from HBI yet they treat me like a local customer. It's comforting to know that if the car should "lay down" HBI is on the way; it's happened to me ! They pick up and return without charge. What Porsche dealer does these things? My initial purchase review of HBI stated " you would be remiss if you don't consider HBI ". Today, I still stand by that review; but, with stronger and positive first hand opinions of the HBI team !

The disclosure stated 23,937 miles, while the vehicle arrived showing 26,378 miles. I contacted the dealership to discuss the discrepancy but we have not been able to resolve the issue so far. Because of this, I submitted complaints with the appropriate regulatory agencies for review. I recommend that buyers carefully confirm vehicle details, especially when purchasing remotely.

I am African American, born in NC and have lived abroad and on the West Coast. I was called in to an interview with Mr. Bono in November of '25. Mr.Bono is a 15 year current management employee of the dealership. I dressed business casual for the meeting. Mr. Bono's first words were and I quote "You sure are overdressed for an interview with a bunch of "rednecks" The majority of AA's and other ethnicities, including Caucasians outside of the south, definition of "redneck" is southern bigot, coupled with a history of racial violence and prejudice. Then Mr. Bono chose not to interview me for the position I actually applied, and was actually overqualified for but the least in the sales department.., you know were the guys stand outside and accost you when you drive up to view a vehicle. I've done Mr. Bono's job multiple times in the past. It's almost to unbelievable to believe, such a southern stereotype. Aren't we done with this type of ignorance yet? I guess not. My rating is based on the aforementioned.
