The first was in the early 2000's and most recently about a month ago. The inside has changed significantly with updated fixtures, family rooms, restrooms and seating. We were burying him 150 miles from home so things became complicated as burial was delayed for 3 days. They transported my dear husbands body to my hometown funeral home as they were booked up so that we could get him buried within 3 days of his funeral which was quite a feat as roads were a mess. Exceeded expectations by a mile!!! They went far and above anything we have ever experienced before in any memorial service. They really listened to us and seemed genuinely interested to know who Jeff was; then made areas in the room that reflected Jeff's interests and personality with pictures, memorabilia, and more. They had to have spent hours and hours on getting it ready! It was like a showcase of Jeff's life. He would have absolutely loved it! The quality of everything they did was top-notch. The printed programs, the guestbook, and everything was so thoughtful and well-crafted. The pictures I have included are just a small sample of what they did. The walls around the room had slideshows with pictures of Jeff's life. It was EPIC! Daniel, Corrine and the entire staff were wonderful to work with. Always pleasant, helpful and supportive. We had never planned a funeral or memorial service before and the staff here helped us every step of the way and made the process actually enjoyable. They took care of everything before, during and after the visitation, service, and luncheon so we could spend time with our approximately 70 guests. The building was spotless, comfortable, and perfect for our family and friends to get together. I really can't stop raving about this place to everyone.
