I was referred to this plumber by my realtor when I bought a property in Scappoose while still living out of state. All I wanted was a recirculating pump that could be activated from the two bathrooms with showers to minimize water waste. The initial interactions were all very positive, and I happily paid the bill before I even moved into the house. I contacted them again because the water heater was short cycling, and my memory of that interaction was them telling me that a part was needed, and it was under warranty, so they would order it and install it. Weeks later I had heard nothing, and the only way I could get a response was to approach my realtor who then approached them. Even then, it was a brief interaction, and I patiently waited more weeks. I once again was ghosted. To this day I still don't know if they received the part that had been under warranty, and I will never approach them again about any work at my house. I now work with a different company. YMMV. I have never threatened litigation. I have never refused to pay a bill. To the very best of my knowledge, there is no outstanding balance with this plumber.
