Brandon came out (after only 30 min wait.. in an ice storm) to consult on a broken pipe in my tankless h2o heater. He said the whole unit was toast and he didn't have availability for a few weeks. He gave me a recommendation for a competitor, which I thought was courteous and unexpected. After calling 20 other plumbers, no one else had time either so I texted him and asked for a quote and said I'd wait the weeks/month. By some miracle he cleared a day, found a new unit and all the parts and was back to do the work in 24 hours. I checked up on the prices he quoted for the unit, parts, etc and everything was by the book. No markups or hidden fees, a totally fair a reasonable cost for the job. This guy really is as good as the reviews say. We've used him twice-each time the problem wasn't nearly as bad as we thought it was going to be. It's a credit to Brandon that he told us that as soon as he arrived. Both times he told us he was slammed with work but he made a point to stop by and check on the problem very quickly. Another thing I like about him is that he offers suggestions/ideas on things that aren't problems yet. We just bought our house and he made several suggestions (all of which he was clear could wait) that were very useful. We returned home to find our main water line had ruptured in our crawlspace. We contacted Brandon at BP Plumbing & Construction Services and they responded straight away. Brandon was amazing - he showed up to install a complicated water filtration system and custom designed an installation that allows me to easily access all needed parts. When a piece of the system was not made correctly, he identified the issue and came back to finish the install as soon as it arrived. Brandon installed all the new plumbing in my totally remodeled master bathroom. We ran into a big problem with a Hansgrohe rain shower. After it was installed properly it would make the sound of screechy train brakes when turned on or when you changed the temp. Brandon took the shower totally apart, flushed the system and put it back together. It was determined that the shower was a lemon and not just the valves. We needed it replaced. Brandon helped me with the supplier, Ferguson, and the manufacturer to send a new one on their warranty. When this project started it was early spring. Today is the first day of fall. It took all summer to get the parts. Brandon was finally able to install the new shower. It works the way it should now thanks to Brandon and all the help he gave me. Wow I'm incredibly thankful and grateful to have crossed his man and his company that helped me fix the issue with my washer drain pipes so quickly! I sent him my issue, he asked for picture and was able to troubleshoot by just looking at the picture. My issue turned out to be something really simple that I could do on my own and not need to pay an expensive plumber fee like many other companies were trying to quote me for this issue.
