My husband was left trying to figure out which wiper blades to use on his own, nobody offered any assistance. He was pretty much ignored when he was in the store, so he was reluctant to ask someone to give him a hand to install the wiper blades. The passenger side went on smoothly, but when he put on the driver side, it wasn't fitting quite right. He went back into the store and they accused him of breaking it. When he tried to explain to them, neither gentleman paid any attention to what he was saying and basically ignored him. It wasn't until he raised his voice that the second gentleman turned around and paid attention to him. He was very respectful after that.

When I called in 2 weeks to pickup the go cart frame up I was told that the Compressor was down and they were getting the part in a few days. I let 13 more days passed and called to pickup the go cart. Now it has been 1 month. Again I was told they were waiting for a part for an air compressor. An air compressor? Where any part can be purchased at a local Hardware store. Clearly I was being lied to and they did not even have the business ethics to call me and let me know the cart would not be finished. In fact if I had not called they would have never called me to update me on anything. Do not bring anything here and I would not purchase anything from ANCA's if this is their customer service. Absolutely Terrible!
