The base stopped working shortly after we bought it. To quote Anakin Skywalker, "this is where the fun begins" Could not get ANYONE to help us figure out why the adjustable base failed. Called the store and they did my all time favorite technique among retail stores which is the bait and switch. "Sorry sir, we only sell the product, you have to file an online claim with the manufacturer" Well that ends up being the annoying process taking longer than they claim. I mean, does anyone know what a "business day" is? Apparently with this company it's slightly longer than a light year. So after they finally make a determination, it says on the website "determination made". Ok, what is that determination? It's not like you sent me an email telling me. I mean, you must have sent me 100 million other emails in the interim telling me to buy more of your company's products which would, I'm sure, be accompanied by the same inferior customer after sale service, but not one email that tells me HOW YOU'RE GOING TO FIX THIS PROBLEM. Whoever does the product service for mattress firm is well hidden behind an impenetrable wall of dead ends and zero web links. Apparently letting you talk to a LIVING BREATHING PERSON is against their religion because you can't with whoever they get their products from. So I apparently was lucky enough to get one of the people who own the company that sells and services the frame and he is trying to help currently. So now, of course, some of you will say, "well that's not Mattress Firm's fault, it's the company that sells the base". To which I say nonsense. If you sell a product from a company that you are going to engage in this type of relationship with, then you 100% have a responsibility to make sure your customer can get help with a defunct or potentially defective product. You don't throw your hands up in the air and say "well that's their problem, not ours". So as far as I'm concerned, I'm going to place blame on EVERYONE involved in the sale of this product until they change their behavior. So they can just live with the one star review for the total run-around that I'm getting on a product they sold. Maybe if it was made clear at point of sale that we won't help you if the product goes kaflooey, I would have DEFINITELY went to someone else who stands behind what they sell.

I do not like giving bad reviews but I think it's beneficial that management know what a customers interaction and what the customer experiences like We had a delivery scheduled which I insured there was somebody there age to accept the delivery only when the delivery drivers got there they decided they did not want to deliver the items as they said, conditions were unfavorable and unsafe there are areas that have easy access to the house houses empty as new furniture being brought in. Now, we have to make ourselves available for 3 separate deliveries, meaning three days taken off work since they only deliver on Tuesdays or Thursdays to our area, and one piece is over two months away from even being in stock again. Sales reps have deferred responsibility, and even supervisors say they cannot approve delivery exceptions. Poor experience - will not shop at a Bob's again.

We were really happy with the range of items to choose from and ordered great quality furniture for a really manageable price. When the deadline came for getting the furniture in, not everything had been delivered. Kyle arranged for brand new furniture from the store to cover us until the complete order arrived. Then they came back and redelivered still no charge.....removing the " loaner " furniture and completing our order. These guys are a class act and really covered our butts for our first rental.
