We reached out to our "dirt" guy Jim at Diamond Construction ( another awesome referral ) Jim, recommended Joe Kirsch and Kirsch Electric. Joe said he could meet up with us at our shop, so we made arrangements and drove over to Sequim and met up with him, we had sent him pior to our meeting the dimensions of the shop, and he had mocked up a proposal before we got there, so he made it very easy to go over and do a walk through of the inside and outside of the shop, with lighting suggestions and outlets, also went over two lifts, compressor and a welder outlet for power. A couple days later he had emailed over a quote, VERY reasonable and affordable! once we signed the quote they started about 10 days later, we actually drove back over and met with his electricians as they were in the process ov running wire, installing outlets, hanging lights etc...even though his crew was busy they still took the time to answer any and ALL questions we had, which was greatly appreciated by us! once our drywaller's and painters finished inside the shop, Joe's crew came back out and finished everything up including hanging cieling fans, which are 30' up, outstanding work by all, including Clover their front office person, super helpful and courteous, she always returned calls when needed, BTW Joe, she needs a raise! So if you're looking for electrical work, be it a shop or home and would like to hire a company that's reliable and does the job right the first time, and takes the time to answer calls and questions, give Kirsch Electric a call, you'll be glad you did! 5 stars all day long! Over the phone call, Hailey told me the furnace is already in stock and she asked me to send the contract and check over the mail. I reminded her that they may not receive the mail by Friday due to the delivery time. I even offered to pay over the phone. She confirmed sending via mail is fine. On Friday morning, I sent an email checking when will they come to install the furnace. Greg responded back saying they weren't be able to contact me, they don't have the furnace in stock, and they haven't received the payment and the contract. So they won't be able to install it as we agreed earlier. Later he email again saying the have the furnace in stock and I have to pay the full price over the phone before they can come out for the job. Obviously they don't have communication internally and treated customer very rudely. We are very disappointed with the experience.
