It took longer than I had liked to get a response, but I did hear back from them. I was told to call the office or send an email; so, I emailed them a short description of the work with a picture. The entire process of getting an estimate took 2 business days. I requested an estimate via Yelp Sunday afternoon and received their bid Tuesday afternoon. I decided not to go with Bode's Electric because their estimate was on the higher side among the several estimates I received. In fact, their estimate along with a few others were significantly higher than a couple of bids from other companies in town (more than double). Note: Although they are listed as different companies, Bode's and West Mechanical appear to be the same company. We were also able to take them off during our ceremony. Stan also worked really well with the changes that occurred throughout the night. Our dance floor always seemed to have people on it, even the people who you wouldn't expect to be dancing were. It really seemed to help bring the families together. Stan played all the songs we wanted and asked if we wanted extra songs included other than our special moment songs which I thought was a nice touch for those moments we couldn't necessarily decide. DJ Stan was very helpful when I'd send messages asking questions and he didn't take a long time to get back to us. I'm glad he helped bring our wedding together!

The work was completed on schedule, they attended to every detail with precision and accuracy, plus they stayed on budget with the original estimate. Bensons really went above and beyond my expectations of customer service. Throughout our project I had questions and needed Bensons to coordinate with other contractors and they were always responsive to my needs and worked well with the other contractors to make sure that my whole renovation came together to my exact specifications.
