This place used to be great and worth the price but has gone downhill quick. Had memberships for two cars and cancelled both not only for the lack of efficiency of the car wash (sometimes would have to go through twice and my cars don't ever get that dirty) but half the time the vacuums are either so clogged that they're useless or they don't work all together. Last tuesday on January 20th, I came for a car wash and heard a ding in the beginning of the wash. I pulled out to the vacuums to check the sides and seemed fine until I got home, noticing that my emblem flew off. When I contacted them they never really answer the phone it just goes straight to voicemail. they called me back and said they found the emblem and asked me to drive back to get it. Came back thinking it should be fine to place it back on but it was already cracked almost halfway. I spoke in person with their "manager", Anthony, and said they don't go through the whole insurance process since they were bought by another company after I said I have to file a claim. But they have "damage claims" that they file and he mentioned that they will pay and reimburse me with the damages and that their "FAST 1-3 business days" staff will reach out to me. When they called while I was at work, they don't even bother leaving a voicemail at all to keep me updated. I called back over and over, no response or anything from them. For a few more bucks down the road at Horsham car wash, they will vacuum the outside of your car, rinse off your rubber mats and hand dry the outside of your car. For a quick cheap wash in the winter this place was fine, but if anything happens they will not take care of the issue. This winter their plow person piled snow to the right of their approach to the barcode reader, and their employees continued to direct traffic right into the ice pile. A truck in front of me, and myself, both sustained damage. Didn't seem like a big deal since the employee agreed it was their fault and they'd take care of it. 2 months later and 5 emails ignored, nothing. Also the wash itself continues to knock my side view mirrors around even when closed, and at the end of winter I have to polish out horizontal swirl marks from the lower part of my truck. Had high hopes considering the lack of car washes in willow grove. But If you like your car washed with just water and a teeny tiny bit of soap. This is the place for you. Afterwards, bring your own drying towels, dryers should be just taken out completely since they seem to be non existent anyways. Car comes out with no signs of being dry. Today was second time using Pete's. Courteous staff. They let me go through for a rewash to try to clean off old grime from my hood, which no longer has a clear coat. I will def use them again (after I detail my hood). Bring a towel with you if you want to 100% dry your car off after a wash. No blower is going to do that satisfactorily. I have had a subscription to their top tier wash since they first opened. I liked it because I could use it at any of their locations. I went to their wash in East Norriton in September and because of the negligence of the person who was supposed to be watching my tires and directing me into the tracks one of my tires received a large gash in the sidewall. I made a report and was told to bring back a receipt for a new tire and they would send me a check. Since then I have not received a check nor heard from anyone. Some people are bashing this place, claiming damage was done to their cars. Someone said they always have to spend one to two hours here...come on, I've pulled in with the cars all the way to the street and made it to the vacuums in under 30 minutes. I find that hard to believe and based upon how few reviews these users have it may be BS. I've been coming here for four years and never once have had any damage to my cars. In fact, this is the only car wash I have used in this area that does a great job consistently. I always pay for the highest carwash...it used to be $15 now it's $17 but you get what you pay for. My car comes out sparkling every time. Their vacuums have great suction as well so you can get out most of what you want from your interior. Occasionally when they're slow they'll have the employees assisting people at the kiosk. I don't need it but this is a good idea...it's amazing how many people in 2019 (almost 2020) still cannot figure out a touch screen and credit card reader. So thankfully they help these poor unfortunate people through this part of their day. My one gripe is a few years back they switched from Armor All for tires to a no name brand. It doesn't do as well as a job so I don't like that. But at least they told you...there's many carwashes that claim to have premium products and really have crap. read more

I only get the $3 car wash and its super cheap for what you want. The line can get long but it moves pretty fast. To pay for the car wash they have this kiosk that you listen to and touch what kind of car wash you want to do. The car wash it self takes about 5 minutes and then you can vacuum your car after in a small parking lot that has several vacuums to use. The quality of the wash is terrible, and the attendants are always waving you in regardless of the car position left or right, great for alloy wheel scratches. The machines arent reliable so you end up getting stuck because the kiosk doesnt read your tag or wont take someone's credit card. Final straw was beung stuck waiting while they did the paperwork for a new monthly customer while huge line was waiting then the attendant rydrly saud "its why we are in business". Read the reviews and you'll see that a good amount of cars have been damaged here and they DO NOT fix the damage that THEIR business caused. The manager will say he will review the tape and after he does tells you it wasn't their fault, it's your car. You are sent to an automated screen to choose and pay for the wash. Once you go through there is a industrial strength blower so no need for people to dry off the car and tip... I liked that. Sometimes I want my car washed but don't have tip money so I don't go through... After you exit, you are given the option to leave or use a free vacuum to clean out the inside of the car. Today was the second time I've come to this car wash. The first about 1 week ago with the wife's car, we got the quick $3 car wash. Surprisingly, it did a good job of washing the car. Today, decided to bring my car in. Usually I take it to touchless car washes. I figured nicer car I'll try the best option, the $15 all in wash. The more expensive wash did way worse than the cheap $3 wash. It seems a lot of those options are more gimmicks. More specifically the Bubblecano, which just dumps a bit of soapy water on the car (with flashing red lights) when you first enter the wash. The worst part is that there were parts of the car... front bumper, rear quarter panels (behind tires), and rear bumper that were not cleaned well. Wouldn't have been as such a disappointment if it was the cheap wash. Definitely didn't get my money's worth. read more

I have a express car wash in my hometown that is always crowded. Some vacuums are broken and the vacuums are not powerful enough and takes you extra time to clean your car. This express car wash is great! It was quick and the vacuums were very powerful, it took me two minutes to clean my car! I will definitely be visiting this location if I'm in the area again. read more
