    This car wash stands out from the rest, it looks great and service is just outstanding. I used this location on my visit to Lansdale area. There are 2 entrances one from 309 and other on back side. As you enter the wash area, you can select the wash option or get subscription plan with them. I went with basic wash and the staff assisted me with that and no issues The wash was just perfect and best one yet. The vaccum area had towels to pat off excess water and really good quality towels. The vaccums are very effective and worked like magic. **This location is definitely worth trying and woth for the money.

    When I began going to Luv car wash over a year ago, I LUVed it! I enjoyed having cloths to dry my car, the vacuum as well as other amenities that allowed me to detail my own car. Then came this January, where I noticed marks on the finish of my car after it had gone through the car wash, that looked like scratches, but weren't into the paint, however, there were marks (they looked like someone took a wax crayon to several spots on the car, and they didn't come off). I brought it to the attention of the onsite manager, who proceeded to tell me there was no way the machinery would do that to my car. Okay, let's try again. February was a visit that was the last straw. I was drying my car after the wash and noticed that half of a plastic piece, apparently an after market installed bug shield (I bought the car used, so not sure), was ripped off the hood of my car. Again, I called on the manager. He came, looked at it and informed me that even if the machinery had done the damage, it was an after market installed part that is not covered under their damage policy. I was in touch with Luv Customer Service, via email, but to no avail. They advised me to go to the car wash and take it up with the management, which I already had, so there was no point in doing so again. Needless to say, buyer beware! If you are willing to take the chance of having damage to your car, good luck!

I have a Lexus SUV. Drove up to Blue Tide, owner came out and suggested options to remove the paint. He then came in to the car wash and blasted the car with spray which removed it all. Barely hit with the pressure washer in the beginning despite 5 dollar tips. And today I tipped ten the truck was a little dirtier then usual so I gave the kid a ten. Said he didn't have a five to give me back so I told him keep it just give a minute for a little more effort. Kid didn't even pick up the gun and the passenger side never touched. I thought maybe it was me. So when I vacuumed I looked around at the cars. And it's not just me. Go to the wash on Sumneytown little more run down but always clean. Blue tide lost its touch.

    My daughter took our car through the car wash in May, 2024. The car was in perfect condition with…read moreno damage prior to entering. When she exited, one of the people drying the car off saw this damage and brought it to her attention. Long story short, the owner said the car must have had a "weakness" before it entered the car wash. He aggressively spoke to my daughter and I (She FaceTimed me), insisting it was our fault since it only happened to our car and no one else's cars that day. Obviously something in the car wash got stuck and pulled the bumper off. I have a family member who used to work there under the prior ownership and said this does happen from time to time. The new owner, Vick, did nothing but blame us and our car. My husband went back in person a few days later to try to discuss a resolution with him and he again became agitated and aggressive and said it's not his fault. He offered no resolution other than giving us free car washes in the amount that we would have to pay to repair the car. He didn't even refund the price of the car wash after this occurred! Obviously we aren't going to take our cars through the car wash again if we know this type of damage is possible and that we will be responsible for it. Bottom line, a simple car wash has now caused $1300 worth of damage plus the cost of a rental while we get it repaired. I've talked to other people who had similar incidents occur at other car washes and the owners made it right and paid for the repairs. Be aware that this owner will NOT stand behind his service and you are entering at your own risk and expense when you use North Penn Car Wash.

I have been trying for months to reach this business by phone, and have not had one phone call returned, despite leaving a couple of messages. I finally decided to try reaching out through Yelp. I thought that I'd finally made some headway, as shortly after filling out the form, I received a response with a list of their services and their prices. But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review. Thank you for your response to my review, although I wish that I could have received a proper response outside of this forum. Good luck to you in the future.
