Took a vehicle to Addison a couple years ago. It sat for apx. a month, and was never touched. I believe in supporting local businesses, so two years later we thought we would give him the benefit of the doubt. So we gave Addison another try. Over the course of the next three and a half weeks, we were given three different completion dates. All three came and gone, and our vehicle was never touched. We went apx a month without our vehicle, and now we have to take it somewhere else. Not only will we never go back, i would not recommend them to anyone else either! read more

Addison Tire saved me from a mental breakdown today!!! I have a Hyundai Veloster with low profile specialty tires..I noticed a slow leak this past Saturday. For the last 6 days I have researched every tire shop within a 50 mile radius of Edwardsbur, Mi and NOT ONE of them had any in stock. Only 2 of them offered to find them online if that was an option. With the 2 that offered to order and the options I found online I would've had to wait 2-3 weeks for it to ship to my house. then I would have to call make an appt and wait for that to come to have a tire. I remembered lastnight the local tire shop in the villiage...called and left a message asking for what I needed. The owner called me back today, had the tire, had time today to get it on the rim for me, and all at an amazing price literally a 1/4 of any others I price!!! not only that the owner's granddaughter who works the desk took my name and number down so she could give me a call when they get more in. I am beyond grateful for them, seriously. by this morning my tire was totally flat and not keeping any air. I was about to be without a car completely. they saved the day for real!!!! read more

Buyer beware. I drove my car in for tires, couldn't leave because it wouldn't start. Ended up racking up a $900 bill only to find out a month later that the car would stall, and fail to start again. Also, they managed to make a LIFE THREATENING MISTAKE, and failed to inform me the chassis cradle had completely rusted apart. Lucky to be alive! When I called to ask if they had known about this, I was confronted by an employee, then the owner with a defensive, rude tone. They just acted like bullies. read more

Had car towed to him for a lug nut removal and lug bolt replacement. When I picked up my car, shocked at the 25.00 fee, I was sure it would cost more, I was told by owner he got the nut off and will worry with the bolt when I come back and buy new tires. ($695.00 plus balance/value tube/disposal/installation, the same tires I can get 7 miles away for 425.00 total) Upon inspecting my tire, he replaced the nut with an old, used nut that did not match my rims or the other 4 nuts. I got in my car the seat is all jacked out of position, not moved forward or back as adjusting for hight but back tilted, lumbar deflated, and seat lowered to floor. I turn on the radio, a station I do not listen to is on it, all my preset stations are reset to other stations, and the equalizer is set different. Since my radio had static and does not hold a station well. While driving now there is a loud roar that sounds like I have off road tires on it. I will not take it back to him!!!! read more
