But when he accomplished the installation with a new serpentine belt and idler pulley, he had go to the garage area and held in his hand the housing for the pulley. He said that your noise is coming from the back of the engine. If that was the case he should've explain to me everything his ok, but your is not the idler pulley etc. I left and noticed a key scratched on the upper rear door that was not there when I brought to have my suv fixed.
