Rather than starting the lug nuts with their hands they just zipped them on with the air impact and cross threaded 3 of the lug nuts

I've been a customer there for many years. Knowledgeable and trustworthy at a fair price. What else needs to be said.

Great price on tires. Been to other TF stores in central CT and this is the best. Service…read moretimes/waits are reasonable. Had a couple of incidents with my Honda Fit Sport 2011 that highlight their good service and ethical treatment of customers. First case, upon mounting new tires, a couple of lug studs broke on wheel (not uncommon on older high mileage vehicles). They recommended a nearby auto repair chain store that over-charged on the repair. When I brought this matter to store manager's (Seth S.) attention, he arranged to reimburse half the cost. Second case, rim was damaged internally during a TF tire leak check. It was deemed most probable that the TF service tech had damaged during subsequent return & inspection. Manager (Seth) volunteered to pay for the replacement rim. Appreciate their honesty, customer care/focus & overall great service!.

They said they would order the exact tire and it would be in the next afternoon at 3 pm. When we showed up, they said the tire never came and to come back the next morning at 10 am. We returned for the third time at 10 am and they said the tire never came in, and to come back in the afternoon. The salesperson never told us the price of the tire, and when we came back the fourth time they had lost our wheel lock key. When they finally replaced the tire, they said that we need to find a new wheel lock key since they lost it and they would pay for it. How could you lose our wheel lock key? Then we found out they only put 4 lug nuts on the wheel instead of 5 because they lost the wheel lock. They never informed us of this only that they lost the wheel lock key. I called them again and told them that they needed to put the lug nut on the wheel immediately. So, I went back a fifth time to get this fixed. When I got home I noticed the back of my trunk was not sitting correctly and I found out that they had all the equipment supplied by Toyota to fix the flat tire all over underneath the inside trunk of my car and not put away correctly. I would never recommend going to town fair tire to anyone! They are disorganized, they lose your equipment, and they do not communicate to their customers. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

I purchased a 2018 Q50S with 39k miles for my daughter from Jason. The vehicle was in excellent…read morecondition, had relatively low mileage, yet was being offered for a notable amount below retail. When an educated and savvy consumer sees that, he/she has to assume that there may be significant issue(s) with the vehicle and/or there will be substantial add on fees. I called the salesman, Jason, who was immediately upfront that the Q50 has a rebuilt title. He informed me the car belonged to one of the Choice Motor Car mechanic who had originally purchased it at an auction and repaired it to where he felt safe using it for his own family. Having done research I was aware that a rebuilt title doesn't necessarily mean the car was wrecked badly. I used the VIN to find the auction document online which illustrated pictures of the vehicle when auctioned. The vehicle sustained minor cosmetic damage but was 'totaled' mainly because the point of contact triggered the airbags to be deployed. The vehicle was in the possession of Harte Infiniti dealership and had just been certified. Airbag deployment is catastrophic to a vehicle being sold at an Infiniti dealership. That explains why it was 'totaled'. I made an offer to Jason and we agreed to a price. He was upfront about the documentation fee and advised me that there would be a 60 day warranty on the vehicle. We drove 90 miles from NY to the dealership. I throughly inspected the vehicle and brought my own OBD scan tool. The vehicle had one outstanding code for a minor issue (temp sensor) which I was surprised to see. You'd think they would have taken care of that prior to putting the car on the lot being that the car was owned by their mechanic. Didn't make much sense since the rest of the vehicle was immaculate. Maybe it was an oversight. Anyway, Jason discounted the small cost of replacing the sensor. The car appeared to be very well cared for. The previous owner (dealer mechanic) was present at the time of sale and was upfront about what repairs he made. I saved 5k buying this car with a rebuilt title, I used 2k of the money saved to buy a 3 year exclusionary full warranty from Jason. (Very important to only buy an 'exclusionary' warranty, all others are not worth it) My daughter plans on keeping the car for many years so a rebuilt title won't mean so much. It's won't be such a major factor when the car is really old. Jason was very responsive during the whole process, including post purchase. The only issue was a delay in the vehicle registration which was apparently due to a clerical issue by the DMV service provider. Jason was responsive throughout and the issue was eventually resolved. I had the vehicle inspected by my local Infiniti dealership as well as my own mechanic. Both stated that the car was in exceptional condition. They confirmed that there was no apparent structural damage and that the initial accident damage the car sustained appeared to be mostly cosmetic, aside from the airbags. All the fluids and filters were clean and the car had brand new tires and brakes. I just had to change the coolant temp sensor. We are happy with the purchase. The key to buying a used car is being educated and exercising due diligence. Also, do not associate with a dealership that is not forthright or accommodating. Choice Motors was upfront with the vehicle history, but I also did my own research and verification. (As illustrated in photos) Have an understanding of what you are buying. For example, a Japanese sedan with low miles is a much lower risk than a Italian or German sport sedan with over 100k miles on the clock. It's also critical to deal with a salesman that has integrity and provides great customer service. But regardless, always inspect any vehicle you are purchasing and look into it's history. I would definitely highly recommend Jason from Choice Motors!

There was an issue that MAY have not been addressed before I drove the car off the lot and many months later I brought it to the general manager's attention. Technically, Choice Motor was not responsible for ordering the part and installing it FREE OF CHARGE, but they did! I love my 2020 Kona and I haven't had any mechanical problems! Thank you for your service and willingness to make this right. I would definitely buy another vehicle at Choice Motor Car if the need were to arise!
