During my most recent appointment, I arrived on time for my 10:30am slot and ended up waiting over 30 minutes. While I was still waiting, other patients were being called ahead of me, which was frustrating and confusing. When I finally went up to the front desk to reschedule, the receptionist asked for my name again and still seemed unable to locate me in the system, even though she had already checked me in earlier. There was no acknowledgment or apology for the long wait. Instead, I was offered a new appointment over a month later, at the end of May. This isn't the first issue I've had either, on a previous occasion, I was told I'd receive a call to schedule an appointment, but after waiting a full month with no follow-up, I had to reach out myself. Overall, this place has been extremely disorganized and unprofessional in my experience. I would not recommend it.
