As you see the 50% was the largest print on the sign but in smaller writhing's was buy one get one 50% off. See this is where the 1st scammers started was in Stroes luring in the elder people to buy the stuff at exuberant prices. When I asked the young girl at the register after she added up out total about the 50% off, she laughs and said oh it gets everyone they make the 50% off the biggest thing on the sign but if you would read the whole thing it said, buy one a regular price and get one at 50% off, (scammers). As I voiced my thoughts to the Petco associate, she just laughed and said it get everyone I will never give Petco and more of money I do not like scammers Thanks Ron the ripped off customer

Everything--from appointments to pet details--is handwritten, which looks unprofessional and feels disorganized. It's clear they're in desperate need of a digital overhaul. But worse than the disorganization was the experience my dog (and I) had during our visit. Here's what happened: * 9:00 AM: I dropped off my dog for her scheduled grooming appointment. I was told I'd receive a call when she was ready. * 12:34 PM: I hadn't heard anything, so I called to check in and confirm they had my correct number (given their handwritten system). I was told they were fully booked and that someone would call me--but no update was given on where she was in the process, or if she had even been started. * 2:30-2:45 PM: After talking to friends and confirming that waiting over 5 hours with no updates was unreasonable, I decided to go get my dog. * Around 2:50 PM: I arrived--not because I was called, but because my dog had now been there nearly SIX hours. When I asked for her, I was told she wasn't ready and that I needed to pay before they would release her. * I requested a discount, as I had just been told she was only partially groomed. The staff said they couldn't approve that. * 2:55 PM: I paid the full grooming fee of $51.50 for incomplete service just to get my dog back. She now has to be taken to another groomer to finish the job, particularly her face and possibly other areas that were left undone. This experience left me deeply concerned--not just as a customer, but as a pet owner. Grooming can be stressful for pets, and leaving a small dog kenneled for six hours without a potty break is unacceptable. There was no communication, no apology, and no accommodation for the delay or incomplete service. This raises several serious questions: * Why are they booking more appointments than they can reasonably handle? * Why charge full price for only partial service? * Why keep dogs kenneled for hours on end when proper scheduling and staffing could prevent that? My dog--and all dogs--deserve better care than this. 0/10. I do not recommend. Response to owners response: Her response tells me exactly what I needed to know about doing business here. Exaggerate, embellish, accuse, and fail to mention anything that matters.

If you're coming for cat products, you have some options, but not as much compared to the big chain stores. They even have a dog wash station! The self wash stations are available by appointment and also on a first come, first serve basis. The stations close at 6 pm Monday through Saturday and close at 4 pm on Sundays. Wash and dry time is limited to 30 minutes total per dog and costs about $15 per dog. Add on's (de-shed, for example) are available too. A rewards program is also offered in which you can obtain points and use them for a discount when a certain threshold in reached. Also, check their website for monthly promos, too! Lastly, we were also told they have two sister stores as well: Play Wash Pint (barks and brews) and Play Wash Stay (boarding and daycare). We look forward to checking out each one. Just love this place! Everything you need for your furry friends is here with exceptional staff, who are very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The store is full of toys but these dogs don't have ANYTHING in their kennels to play with. Several of the dogs are in desperate need of bath and grooming. The 4 mo. Golden Retriever has been in kennel for TWO months. Asking price is now $1,495 down from $1,895. I can't imagine who would pay this amount from a pet store. What happens to the dogs if they're not adopted or get too big for the small kennels? Pitiful situation.

They have not responded to any email; it makes you wonder if they want you to rescue any of their dogs and are they caring for the dogs they have. at all We are very disappointed as they have many dogs that could be a good fit for us. They let us meet him, we fell in love with him, and everyone was extremely nice and gave us hope we would bring this dog home. We went back the next day to see if we could play with him, we called multiple times and got no answer, so we went in for an open adoption day. The entire vibe changed. They treated us like we were stupid, and straight up lied to us, and told us to come back in a year when we were ready. Mind you, I have my own business, my boyfriend used to be a vet tech, we both have had multiple dogs in our lives, and I even started an entire parvovirus fund in honor of my puppy I recently lost. This place WILL judge a book by its cover. I also just found out that the dog we wanted, which was now 3 weeks ago, IS STILL WITHOUT A HOME. So, unless you are 50 and pull up in a range rover, good luck getting a dog here.

The cat was lying on the roadside, panting, practically hairless, and we get lectured about how they might be killing someone's cat!! Seriously!!! If that's the case, the owner needs to be prosecuted for animal negligence!! We were told to take him back, so we did, right back EXACTLY where we found him. Sick people....SICK!!! I told the woman and the man both that the laws here in GA need changing, as this was unacceptable. In CA they would have taken the cat and put him to sleep so he wouldn't suffer, IF he couldn't be treated. Very disturbing experience for us. I truly don't recommend this place as she became very rude to us. I was kind to tell her twice to have a lovely day. They don't deserve a star in my opinion, much less 5!
