I understood that they had a 24 hour policy {as literally every doctors office does}, but there are always exception, especially with covid and people getting sick, as long as you can show proof...except this place apparently. Life happens, so don't waste your time here, unless you just have money you're willing to throw out the window. They gave them every excuse in the book from being short handed to he was not a patient of theirs. My mother and father both got on the phone and begged them to see them, as they are afraid to drive on the interstate and the cat was near death and this office refused. I even called and they would not see him. Sadly, his cat passed away before he could get him to a vet in Chattanooga. I would not recommend this veterinary off to anyone. They do not have compassion for animals and people in our area.
