Wide selection of unique dog toys

Dog-gone it. You must check out this pet market. Ranging from unique, sustainable toys to fresh, nutritious treats-- Nooga Paws will have something great for your four-legged family members! As soon as we walked in the door, we were impressed by their wide selection of really fun dog toys. They had unique toys that you can't find in generic box-stores. They also have an in-house bakery. We got some of the fresh cookies and bones for our pup. It was also nice to see the full list of ingredients beside each of the handmade goodies. The store is super clean and modern with cute decor and marquee signs. We will paws-itively be back!

First time to use a business like this and it was easy! We had a reservation for 1130 and got there early. The staff took us to the room and explained everything to us. It took us a few minutes to get started and it was fun. Our dog really enjoyed the process! When we were done Miss Banksy took a minute or two and picked out a treat for herself. We will be back!

Three cheers to the wonderful team mates working here! My older cat started to develop stomach issues. After a trip to the vet and a clean bill of health we came into this store for help. Our vet wanted to give him medication to stop the diarrhea. A team member suggested we try putting organic pumpkin into his food instead of pumping him with pills. I never would have thought of that! He eats his food mixed with the pumpkin and we don't have the struggle of trying to pill him every day. If not for Nooga Paws our life would be more stressful! And we wants to pill a cat?! Here is a picture of the pumpkin. We also buy holistic treats there. Wonderful full service store including raw food which is hard to find. They also have a wash station and a dog park nearby which is really cool! Great parking too!

Love going here for the self wash. The staff always greets my fur beast!

My bulldog and I go here once a week for self wash service And it's fantastic! The staff greet her by name when we come in and I can tell shes relaxed and happy in the store. The selection of treats in glass jars is great and my dog LOVES the moo stick.

My Owney in the self wash station. He wasn't so sure about it.

After a dirty day at the dog park I knew my puppers, Owney, needed a bath. I went in and asked for one of the do-it-yourself dog wash stations. Caitlin helped get me set up and off we went. It was great not having to bend over a tub. I love that they supply the soap/shampoo and that they offer different varieties. My dog tolerated it. LOL. The dryer is especially great and got him nice and dry. I will say it was a bit stuffy in there after all that heat. It might be a bit uncomfortable in the summer. We then looked around the store and I bought a couple of bones and bully sticks. The price for the dog wash is more than reasonable and saves me from having to clean up afterwards. They do all that for you. Caitlin was super friendly and very helpful and you can tell she loves animals. Definitely will try it out again.

We used their self-service washing stations, and they're awesome! We have two medium-sized dogs, and getting them in the tub is a disaster. One of them has always been very skiddish around other humans (we think she may have been abused before we rescued her), so having her groomed is not easy. The $15 charge includes use of the sink, blow dryer, and shampoo and conditioner' they had a few different types of shampoo to choose from, including some hypoallergenic shampoo which is great for our pup with sensitive skin. They have plenty of options for treats to get your pup after they've been so good in the bath! The employee who helped us was so sweet, and was so kind to us when one of our dogs had an accident in the floor (we're still sorry about that!). We highly recommend NoogaPaws!

Beware! Worst grooming business I've been to in five states!…read more After agreeing on a regiment, services, and pricing, it's a battle every single time you go back in. Lora Jernigan cannot set a standard on services and pricing. Emily and Kathleen want to argue with me every single time I go in, even after it's all been agreed upon with the owner. They want to heavily up charge every time. I highly recommend going elsewhere. What an absolute nightmare this place has been.

**UPDATE after owner's reply** Emily's response actually highlights the problem. My complaint was…read morenever that I could not understand the difference between a tidy and a full haircut. It was that the parameters kept changing from visit to visit, even though I was bringing my dog in on the same schedule and trying to maintain the same service. At today's visit, I explicitly said to just do what was in the notes from last time. Instead, I was again told it would be treated differently and priced differently. That repeated inconsistency is the issue. Yes, I cursed to myself while walking out. That frustration came after multiple visits where the same service discussion seemed to get reinterpreted all over again. Their reply only reinforces my original point that this place is inconsistent and exhausting to deal with. When I came back in to discuss it with Lora, SHE yelled AT ME, with no discussion on the issue, not the other way around. Original review: BEWARE!! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND GO ELSEWHERE! I should have listened to the bad reviews. Chattagroomer has been, by far, the worst grooming experience I have ever had, and I have used groomers in five different states. To be fair, Kathleen does a good job grooming my dog, but unfortunately, that's the only positive. The recurring problem was pricing and service inconsistency. At my first appointment, I specifically asked whether bringing my dog in every 4 to 6 weeks would qualify him for a tidy, and I was told yes, at about $104 with only minor fluctuation. Then at later visits, including just 4 weeks later, I was told it would suddenly be a full groom at around $144 instead. Lora later called me and we agreed, again, that the service I'm getting was a 'Tidy' at ~$104. I also called at one point to ask about only a bath and brush with medicated shampoo because my dog was dealing with seasonal skin allergies. I was told that would still be the tidy price, and that they would not "give a discount for services," even though I was asking for less service. I told her that's fine, I'll get him bathed elsewhere. The final visit was the last straw. I came in again on the same schedule(4 weeks), again asking for the same tidy, and again was told it would be the full haircut price. I said this keeps happening, and to just do what was in the notes from last time and that I would pay what I needed to pay. Instead of resolving a recurring issue they had created multiple times, I was told that if it was that much of an issue they would rather I just leave. I walked out angry and did curse to myself. I should not have done that. But that frustration came after repeated pricing disputes and repeated inconsistency that this business never seemed able to fix. A business can misunderstandings. Chattagroomer turned it into a pattern. A good groom is not enough to make up for constant confusion, aggravation, and having to re argue the same price and service over and over. I gave this place more chances than I should have. Never again. I will be warning every dog owner I know. TLDR: OWNER DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS, GO ELSWHERE
