But Pet Smart head groomer apologized and ask me to come back. I did and they did a great job. So today I took him back. I told the girl at the counter that I did not want his beard cut off. Another lady there took over the conversation and was very rude. End result, Seamus did not get a hair cut. Another result is I bought all my pet supplies at Pet Smart but NOT anymore.

Well I was so nervous for being 5 minutes late for the appointment, but ended walking around sweating in that hot store for half an hour after I got there before she was taken back. Not 5 minutes later, Andria S. called me asking me if I was still in the store, I was, she says that my cat had scratched her with only one nail clipped, that she could not finish the appointment and that I needed to come back to the grooming desk to pick her up! *sarcastic gasp* Wow!! I am shocked!! My cat scratched a complete stranger that is clipping nails, which she hates. I felt a little sorry about her getting scratched, but that's part of the job when you work so closely with cats. It's your job!! Then, when I get the counter at the grooming center, my cat is in her carrier which is sitting on the counter COMPLETELY ALONE!! Seriously, you left her sitting there for anyone to walk by and just pick up her carrier! Andria S. the highly recommended and beloved groomer couldn't even wait the 2 minutes it took me to get to the grooming center, and speak to me face to face- like a decent human being!! No she had already started working on the next pet on her agenda! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Brought it home and went to pour it into the dog food storage bin when me and my Fiancé noticed moths crawling around in the food. We also found dead moths in the bottom of the purina food bag, along with moth larvae and eggs on the dog food itself. We have reached out to Purina for help with this issue as of course Petco does not have after hours number to call for issues. We will not be going back to this store again. I set up…read morean appointment and requested pain evaluation and anxiety evaluation as the dog is 10 years old and has worsening hip dysplasia and recent housing changes have caused her anxiety that's causing her to lash out at other dogs in the household. I have a behaviorist that is coming to the house to evaluate the situation between the dogs and make recommendations, and she asked that I have a pain and anxiety evaluation before her visit to the home. I made it clear that I could not make it to the appointment due to work and that I'd be having my ex bring our dog in, and to reach out if they have questions. They weren't allowed in the building due to construction, even though other dogs were coming in and out. They waited 45 minutes on the sidewalk for a tech to come out. Didn't even see the doctor. The tech did not evaluate for pain or for anxiety. The tech did not call me with questions that my ex couldn't answer. No evaluation at all, just wrote prescription for heartworm and flea & tick meds and sent them away. I called this morning to ask about the situation and spoke to the very tech that visited them on the sidewalk. He ignored the fact that I set up the appointment and made very clear what I needed at the appointment. Instead he kept reiterating that my ex didn't have all the information to questions that he had. He ignored that I had made specific examination requests. He ignored that I had already mentioned that I have a behaviorist. Regardless of what I said, he kept falling back on his own assumptions. Rather than listen he chose to be rude. We will no longer be visiting Zutilla clinic, which is a shame because previous visits have been great. This place has gone down hill significantly. Customer service be damned.

Absolutely GREAT place!…read more We took our service dog there yesterday. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The service was top-notch, we walked out happy, and our little dog walked out healthy. We were trying to prepare my wife's service dog for international travel and were completely lost as to what was required. What stood out to me was when the vet informed us that the most expensive part of the checklist was not technically required so she did not do it. This saved us a lot of money. Most other vets try to add everything they possibly can so they can charge you more. This vet did the exact opposite and only did what was best for us. We will be taking ALL of our pets here from now on and I highly recommend you do the same.
