We walked in and first noticed no foul odors and then were quickly greeted by a friendly staff member. We came in looking for harnesses. Their merchandise is well stocked with organized, clean, and cute displays. They have a good selection of harnesses, leads, collars, and flotation vests for dogs. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a good clearance section too. While walking around the store, we stopped by the small animals for sale. Happily, they all looked healthy. We appreciate how clean and tidy this store was kept as well as how friendly and helpful the staff were. We'll definitely return to this Petco for any future needs for our dog if we can't find it first from a mom and pop store and need the selection. Highly recommend.

If you're coming for cat products, you have some options, but not as much compared to the big chain stores. They even have a dog wash station! The self wash stations are available by appointment and also on a first come, first serve basis. The stations close at 6 pm Monday through Saturday and close at 4 pm on Sundays. Wash and dry time is limited to 30 minutes total per dog and costs about $15 per dog. Add on's (de-shed, for example) are available too. A rewards program is also offered in which you can obtain points and use them for a discount when a certain threshold in reached. Also, check their website for monthly promos, too! Lastly, we were also told they have two sister stores as well: Play Wash Pint (barks and brews) and Play Wash Stay (boarding and daycare). We look forward to checking out each one. Our tank ran flawlessly for years, a stable 36-gallon saltwater setup that we maintained meticulously with no issues whatsoever. That all changed when, after 2.5 years without adding any new fish or livestock, we decided to purchase one from their store. Not long after introducing it to our quarantined system, the new fish brought in Ich, contaminating the entire tank. We lost two healthy, long-term fish as a result. Nothing else had been added to the tank in over two years, so the source was unmistakably clear, this fish from Bermuda Triangle. I get it, diseases can slip through in this hobby sometimes, and we're experienced enough to know the risks. But we reached out to the owner politely, asking if he'd consider even a small concession, just a few dollars off to help offset the cost of replacing the lost fish. We weren't demanding free replacements or a full refund; just some goodwill gesture for loyal customers. After a lengthy phone call, he adamantly refused any kind of help or accountability. It was shocking, the owner is a piece of work, showing zero willingness to stand behind his sales. There are far better, more reputable options out there, like stores in Hixson or reliable online suppliers who actually care about customer satisfaction. Skip Bermuda Triangle for anything live; the risk of introducing diseased fish to your tank isn't worth it. Weak ownership and poor service--1 star only because of our past purchases. Stay cautious.

We picked out numerous treats, signed up for their loyalty program, and checked out. After paying we asked about a sign where it says buy 6 or more and get a discount. She basically says - oh you have to ask for that first - too bad. She offered no remedy. While it was cute, that left a very bad first impression and with other dog bakeries around town, I cannot say I will be going back. This breed is incredibly large, but it doesn't phase the staff in the least. While a little more expensive than some of the other local groomers I have used over the years, I am confident that my pets have been well treated and the staff does a great job, not an easy undertaking. The new facility is gorgeous, particularly noticeable is the additional room they now have for boarding, something I will now consider given the more expansive space. The staff has always been friendly, engaging and kind to my pets, now with the new facility, it's time to consider the additional services.
