This was, without question, one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had…read more The older white woman working the floor acted as though helping customers was beneath her. She didn't just come across as rude--she seemed genuinely annoyed and disgusted anytime someone asked her a question. Every interaction was cold, condescending, and unnecessarily hostile. What made it even worse was that it wasn't just me. While I was in the store, I watched her interact with several other customers, and every single interaction had the same dismissive, irritated attitude. She spoke to people as if they were inconveniencing her simply by asking for assistance. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere throughout the store. Customer service doesn't require someone to be overly cheerful, but it does require basic courtesy and respect. This employee showed neither. If someone dislikes interacting with customers this much, they shouldn't be working in a customer-facing role. Management seriously needs to pay attention to the way this employee treats people. One bad employee can ruin an entire shopping experience, and based on what I witnessed, this doesn't seem like an isolated incident. Unless something changes, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

As much as I wanted to hold on to her, I didn't want her to suffer. I reached out to Dr. Castillo, and she responded promptly. She was kind, compassionate, and incredibly gentle with Daisy throughout the process. Saying goodbye is never easy. After Daisy peacefully passed, Dr. Castillo carefully placed her in a beautiful basket with a blanket for transport to the crematory. We truly appreciated the care and compassion she showed our family during such a difficult time. It also warmed my heart to receive a thoughtful sympathy card from her afterward. It was a meaningful gesture that meant so much to us. We are grateful for everything Dr. Castillo did for our family, and especially for our beloved Daisy.

I contacted Dr Castillo and left a message. She returned my call the same day and discussed the process, the options, and prices. We scheduled a time for her to come to our home and perform the procedure. Dr Castillo arrived at the agreed upon time and walked us thru the entire process. She allowed us time with our pup and was extremely compassionate throughout the entire process. GOD Bless Dr. Castillo, she made an agonizing situation a little bit better and we greatly appreciated her compassion and professionalism! We chose cremation with a return of our pups ashes! That process was seamless and we are very happy with that choice! One last note, a few days after receiving our pets ashes we received a card in the mail from the Arbor Day foundation that Dr Castillo had made a donation to plant a tree in a National Forest in honor of Sissy! We cant express our gratitude enough! Thank you Doctor!
