My search for the perfect pizza has finally come to an end! After reading the great reviews I ordered a medium sausage and pepperoni pizza, and medium anti pasta salad. Funny story... My friend had never had Petrilli's before and insisted that we should get a large to feed our group of 4 friends. I said no... a medium will be enough, trust me. Despite my advice, he called in an order for a large Petrilli's specialty pizza. When we went to pick it up, he asked if I wanted to come in and I said nah, fully knowing that when he picks up that pizza the first thought that was gonna cross his mind was "@!#%, she was right." Nice thick handle not a super thick crust bottom. the first order was their specialty pizza. It was delicious and the hard working guy who rang me up really won me by delivering my food to my car without me asking, because he saw I had my dog in the car with the engine running a/c on. Second time I got a calzone and sometimes those can go real bad. Same deal though and same guy. Great dough, sliced sausage topping was not chewy, lotsa cheese (yum), and that same guy again brought it out to me, even though he was busy, cuz he saw me walking my dog outside (what can I say, he's my bestie). I called it in and got there and the pie was right out the oven nice and hot. The crust was very good and not doughy. I am a picky pizza eater. I like lots of sauce, not too much crust and a good amount of toppings. Petrilli's does NOT disappoint. You get a lot of quality pizza for the money and their pepperoni is the best by far! The only reason they don't get 5 stars is because sometimes there is actually too much by way of toppings. The one and only time I got the works (which is normally my favorite) it had to be eaten with a fork. I don't want to eat my pizza with a fork. I will close by saying I am a huge fan! read more

If you were looking for a place to break New Year's resolutions...this was definitely the pizza place to do it at. Possibly one of the best pizza's I've had in a long time. And maybe that's just because I haven't had pizza in a long time...but I don't think so. The place itself is not much. A small hole in a wall in a fairly ghetto shopping area, next to a video game store. Probably the perfect spot for them. Their menu is fairly simple and the results are delicious. Clay and I went with a medium pepperoni, sausage, jalepeno & garlic pizza ($25). Wait was 15min, so we walked around the ghetto area for a bit. When our pizza was ready we laughed at the size of this thing. Their medium is huge, realistically should be called a large and was incredibly waaaaay too much food for the 2 of us. Clay will have some nice pizza leftovers this week. The smell tormented me all the way home, but the wait was well worth it my friends. I'm telling you, this is one one pizza that will not having you regret cheating on your healthy go lucky gym crazed routine this January...DO IT! read more

So I've had an inkling to try out this pizza joint for a while, and since my wife and I were in the area a couple weeks ago and were hungry, we decided to give it a whirl. I didn't know it before entering, but I don't think it's fair to really refer to this place as a "joint" as that this is a strictly order and go affair w/ no where to relax and hang (except a bench or two inside if you're waiting on food). We ordered two of the lunch specials which included a small salad and a small pizza w/ up to three toppings for about $9. I got pineapple, mushrooms, and olives on mine and my wife got pepperoni, sausage, and olives on hers. Pizza was hot and much larger than we expected. And lemme tell ya, the topping Nazis must have died or went MIA 'cause these pies were fully loaded; they were frickin' heavy! The pizza itself didn't disappoint- plenty of toppings, good sauce, not too doughy. My only real issue was in the crust which I felt needed to be a bit more zazzy because it seemed slightly bland and not as flavorful as the rest of the food narrative that was the pizza. I've read many of the reviews for this place. Yes, there is a little fold-out "curtain" that blocks a view of the kitchen. I did think it sort of odd at first, but it didn't feel like a big deal to me. I also did NOT find anything in, on, or around our food that we didn't order....and I enjoyed the non-skimpiness of the toppings. Overall I would say Petrilli's is an establishment that is working on building a better pizza, and while tasty overall I would say they could improve upon their pizza by fine tuning it slightly. read more

We got the large Petrilli's special. The size was bigger than usual large pizzas, but then so was the price. We tried it because husband's employee recommended it. Then when I get there to pick up my food the guy behind the counter basically called me a liar that I didnt place an order. Showed him I called and he still said I was lying .
