Inside was like a small pizza parlor- clean and simple ans had a few tvs. The guy inside was the one person manning the pizza oven and had about three orders ahead of mine, but it still only took about 10 minutes for my pizza to be cooked! Ordered veggie pizza &price came out to under $22 including tax for the 14 inch pizza. Pizza tasted fresh &cooked perfectly! As a first-time customer, this was a disappointing experience. I called to ask if they had any specials or menu highlights they would recommend for someone ordering for the first time. The guy who answered the phone immediately seemed annoyed, shut down my questions, and hung up after I mentioned I was excited to try them. First impressions matter, and this one made it clear that my business wasn't valued. The biggest advice? One that will change and enhance the flavors of your pizzas something very simple. Use filtered water. I promise you it makes a big difference. Picked up a Margarite Pizza .. it was ok , I've had better but considering my few choices I gave this spot a chance. It wasn't bad at all , I even requested to add pepperonis to my Marguerite pizza and they did but it was kinda light . Service was great, had my pizza ready within 15 minutes. They do have a dining area in case you want to eat there. The bottom of my pizza looked strange (see pic) I didn't notice it till after I ate half the pizza . The blackened part didn't alter the taste or anything , I just don't know why it looked like that. Will I come back? Of Course! To try out their other pizza dishes. I love pizza and this place popped into my yelp feed as a place to check out, so I did. Came here for lunch and it was empty. We decided to dine in. The restaurant seating area is small (has about to 5 tables). The pizzas are made in a large wood-style oven and the front is opened so you can see the flames. Due to this, the restaurant was pretty warm and the longer we sat there, the hotter it got. I would suggest turning on the ac or installing some sort of fan. Food - I ordered the Margherita pizza and some buffalo wings. While we waited, a few people came to pick up their orders or place new orders. Even with only one person working, our food came out in like 15 minutes. The chicken wings were delicious. They were perfectly crispy and covered in buffalo sauce. I'm just sad I didn't order the larger quantity. The pizza was just good. The best thing was the crust. It was nice and crispy. I really liked it. I think my issue was the sauce. Because it was a Margherita pizza, it didn't have cheese covering the entire pie. The bites that did were good. The parts with only sauce were lackluster. I think this type of pizza has to have a really good sauce because it can't hide behind toppings. What a great pizza joint. If you like a place that does a mean CYO-pizza in the vein of a Blaze, Pieology, or Mod Pizza, then you'll love it here. It reminds me a lot of my local pizza joint, Woodstone, in that it may be an assembly-line process, but the ingredients they have are super fresh and tasty. I only got a garlic pie with sausage because I learned a long time ago that when it came to pie, sometimes you don't want to crowd out the flavors. At most you want to put three or four toppings, when the temptation at places like this is to overburden your creating with six to eight toppings. That's no fun. Your pie just turns into mush where you can't pick out one flavor from the next. And sometimes you just want to go two toppings. This is my normal two-topping order and it served me well. Both the sausage and garlic popped, making my bites exquisite. And while I may have wished for a bit more of each, I can't complain that sometimes you need to hold back on how much of each topping you put and not just the amount of different toppings as well. The place is pleasant, if a bit small, but falls right in lane with a Blaze or Pieology. And the staff was great, with them offering me a discount on my dinner because I was, in fact, only getting the two toppings instead of doing a full-on CYO pizza. They didn't need to do that. It was my own dumbass that didn't want to take advantage of the full cafeteria style operation. So I'm indebted to them for doing me a solid. I am hard to please when it comes to pizza. Let me tell you this pizza is delicious! Perfect charred thin crust just how I like it. I got a margarite pizza. Fresh tomatoes and basil. My husband had the supreme. He said it was great. We also ordered a skinny salad. Definitely big enough for 2 possibly 3 people. All fresh ingredients made right in front of you. We were pleasantly surprised when we saw that it came with homemade garlic bread. When it came out of the oven it was puffed up and smelled delicious. Was actually a pizza crust with garlic and seasonings. Also delicious! I tried one chicken strip with the hot seasoning. Very good. Spicy but not so spicy you couldn't eat it. Husband and I had just returned from a Europe trip where we had stone fired pizza in Naples where the margarita pizza originated..so we were a bit doubtful when my brother recommended this place while we were all visiting our mom at the hospital close by. We were pleasantly surprised by how delicious the pizza truly was. The char on the bottom of the crust was delightful. The freshness of the ingredients was apparent. We ate a supreme pizza and it ranks up there with one of the better pizzas we have had in so cal. What a nice gem to be added to the area.
