I am writing this review the same day I also tried San Biago's after having a terrible pizza experience at Aruffo's in Claremont, I had to purge my system from the nasty Aruffo's pizza, which was shocking cause their pasta is pretty dang good, as is their soup and bread...having said that, the quest started today... Earlier in the day I tried San B's and to be quite honest was underwhelmed for reasons I mentioned in my review, it only had about 20-25 pieces of pepperoni for a medium,under cheesed and just too thing, overpriced and must MEH. Onto the reason for the review... A few hours ago I just wanted to try this place, placed an order an on I went. I ordered a small pepperoni and mushroom and right when I got it, it looked a lot better than San B's. When I tasted it, San B's was blown out of the water. In comparison the small was better AND cheaper than a medium at san b's, it was slightly thicker but still thin crust, it used roughly the same amount of dough but it had at least DOUBLE the toppings. There was literally 50 or so pieces of pepperoni on a small, while 20-25 pieces on a San B's medium and there was DOUBLE the cheese on this pizza. As far as flavor, the crust was great, nice chewy but crispy texture, more than enough pepperoni and I was much more satisfied than at San B's. I wouldnt go so far as some people said where they "pile on the toppings" but it was more than a fair amount, IMO, just the perfect amount. If I am craving pizza in the area, it would make little sense to go to San B's when this place is right around the corner and is just a lot better, you cannot go wrong. This is not the best pizza i've ever tried but it is a solid pizza and definitely in my top 5. The reason for all the comparison's is because San B had such a high rating on yelp and this was second but if more people try this out, many will see that this place deserves serious consideration and is one of the better places in the area. Had our first taste today and I have to say the reviews are right on! The Pizza was great, loaded with toppings! When I brought it home my husband couldn't believe how much sausage it had on it! The pepperoni was good, not that cheap thin kind, it was spicy and yummy. I know we have now found our new Pizza place, sorry Red Devil. Best pizza in town, everyone is very friendly, lots of toppings & there pizza always hits the spot. Place is to small to dine in, so carry out is the best option, price is higher then the cheaper chain pizza places but the taste & quality is worth it. Once you have had Petrilli's Pizza, you cant go back to those tasteless chain pizza places again. Went here yesterday try it out after I found it on Yelp and it's only down the street: IMPRESSED! They do not slack on the toppings, it was actually so much I had to take some of it off. They'd run out of garlic bread when I went, bummer, but I'll definitely be back to try it. Had pepperoni and sausage, the sausage was chunks, not like dominoes or pizza hut where you get a dine size piece of meat, this was legit, all the sausage pieces were like half- dollar coins. Loved the crust, I ordered a small ($13) but I couldn't even eat it all, which I normally do. All in all, loved it and will be back read more

Can't go wrong with just a basic pepperoni pizza from here. A MED feeds my family of 3 with left overs for dinner the next morning. Fast service when you call the order in ahead. Should look into adding a dinning area...bring in more $$$ read more

Wow - friends brought a gigantic rectangle pizza over tonight and now I love my friends even more! Great pizza! Plentiful toppings, great tasting sauce - not too sweet, not too acidy. Their sausage comes in large chunks and is spicy but tasty. I also liked how the bell peppers were paper thin on top. I haven't had pizza this good in a long time. Really enjoyable. read more

What a great find. My regular pizza place was closed, so looked for a another one close to home and found this one. Just a little take out place, but wow, great pizza with tons of toppings and a bottom crust that stayed crisp and solid (not limp and moist)... antipasto salad was also good.... serving size are super big and staff was really friendly. Only one issue for me... as I am somewhat compulsive, seeing the way the cut this pizza (is a square cut) not being the traditional round cut... mad me a little uncomfortable (LOL).... but I was able to work through the strange way it's sliced, and truly enjoyed it! read more

Very good pizza. If you want to impress you guest get a large pepperoni, its hardy its tasty and filling. The large has 32 slices great for parties. The ingredients are top notch and cheese is plentiful. It not as cheap as other pizzas but you pay for a better quality. read more

I was surprised when I purchased an xlg pepperoni pizza and came to pick it up. First off, the owner who was working up front was a very nice, and funny guy. That was a plus right away! When I saw this huge pizza get placed on the counter, my eyes opened wide and I was like "Wow! Is that mine?!" It was huge! Well, when taking it into the car, I had to take a peek, so I did. It was filled with lots of cheese & toppings and it smelled good!!! Ok, my mouth is watering already lol. When I got home and tried the pizza, we were all happy that we finally found another spot for pizza. It was awesome! I recommend this place and by the way... This place is take out only and is jammed packed with toppings. The crust and sauce however weren't as great. The crust was very dry and almost tasted under cooked. Overall, it's an average pizza that is on the pricier end. Not sure if I would go back again. read more

This is AMAZING pizza!! We travel 25 minutes to get it and it is always so good!! We get a large--half specialty/half pepperoni and it feeds us (family of 7) really well, with leftovers. We heat the leftovers up on a griddle and it is awesome all over again. Fresh, delicious, and worth the drive! Love it!! read more

This place is over-rated by yelpers. I order 2 pizzas last night, a small Petrilli's Special and a ham and pineapple pizza. Yes, they are generous with their toppings and you can tell the ingrediants are fresh. But there was something missing in the crust and the sauce. There wasn't an abundance of flavor, so to me, the pizza was OK. In my humble opinion, Chicago's Pasta House in Moreno Valley has much better pizza. read more
