The thing really did a number to my tire; it blew out my front right side tire. We called for a tow truck, and the ETA was 300 minutes. 5 hours for a TOW!? Luckily, Lorenzo offered to drive on the freeway, jack up the car, take my tire off, drive back to the shop, put the new tire on the rim, then drive back to the freeway and put the new tire on. It was A++ service. He and his family were incredible, great, friendly, and hardworking people! He works with you, and the price was fair as well. We knew that it was going to need attention but we were in the middle of the trip, not familiar with the area and tired. We stopped, ate, stayed at a nearby hotel. The next day I searched for local mechanics that were AAA certified. Lo and behold, just a couple miles up the freeway was Ed Corley's Ford and they were AAA certified. I've never found a dealer that was AAA certified. Being Saturday we were surprised and happy that Jess (Butler) got us in right away and had us fixed up and ready to go less than 4 hours later. This was key for us, we had plane reservations to fly back to TX on Monday and could not lose a day for repairs. Ford dealer, parts in stock and repairs done. The truck hummed along great the rest of the way, even better than when we started, so this issues was going to happen eventually. My wife and I were grateful that not only we were led here but that we could fix this before gifting it to our son. In talking to Kevin Bond were happy to be in this dealership. He was very confident about the staff and they delivered. All in all we felt that it was meant to be for us to stop in Grants for the night and find Ed Corley's Ford. We got there in time, got our flights out on Monday and all ended up great.

We are traveling through the area, our rig is having mechanical issues and this is the reason for the service needs of a tow. We sent them all the information they asked for and images. All is agreed upon and set. 6:55 am the morning to tow we get a text that they are deciding not to do the job. After agreed terms and time and price, again, we are broken down overnight and expecting their agreed service. But no, they simply say other jobs have come up for us to do. As if our Emergency tow was any less important of a motor coach broken down. Well here's the real reason they denied service. In the earlier talks to tow our rig, they were making avid efforts to let them tow our rig to there shop for repairs, not the one we researched and chose to work with. But they agreed to tow to where we wanted with that agreed price, but all the while bad mouthing the shop we chose, and not to this towing company be the ones to try to repair our coach. I guess these people really got their feelings hurt as we chose a qualified repair mechanic and not a shade tree tow company to service our engine. So avoid this tow service, lots of other choices. No integrity here with this shop
