Genuinely one of the worst experiences I have ever had when it comes to getting work done on my car. Took them over three days to let me know what was going on with my check engine light. After they had a diagnosis then it took another three days to let me know what needed to be done in order to fix the issue. I had a leak in my car, which I asked them to fix, and asked them to please not leave my car outside in the rain until they found the leak. I picked up my car and there was water inside my car from the rain after I asked them not to leave my car outside in the rain and after they said they fixed the leak. So I am still not sure if the leak is fixed or not. Very few of the employees were actually helpful. I would recommend taking your car to any other shop in town if you can. read more

I made an appointment online for 8:30 for an oil change, tire rotation, and wiper blades replacement. I get to the dealership and get told it's a 2 hour wait on oil changes. Oil changes are first come, first serve. Then why have appointments available? When I asked for a manager, I was told there was not one there. That's ridiculous. I will say that the lady who checked me in was polite and apologetic. She was able to get me out sooner. That's the only reason that I didn't rate it a 0. read more

I know that a lot of times even if you have an appointment with the doctors office, it takes a bit of time to be seen. But every single time we come here to have an oil change and tire rotation, it takes almost 2 hours. There is absolutely NO reason that it should take that long. I know they may throw that "We do a how many ever point inspection" at me. But I know that it's not true, because they said I needed a cabin air filter after my husband had changed it 2 days prior to coming in. When we question them and asked did they really check it, they said yes. So he showed my husband a photo of the filter and that it needed to be changed. Well surprise surprise, the color the filter was wasn't even the color he had changed it to. My husband walked to the back with them, and they showed him our filter which was still in the car. It was NOT the same filter that was in his photos he had shown my husband. I do NOT trust this service center. I do NOT plan on coming back. I can not recommend the service center, but the dealership so far the people seemed super nice. I am only reviewing the service center. read more

Petro Nissan in one word? STAY AWAY AS FAR AS POSSIBLE!!! These people are assholes, they have no consumer service skills, all they care about sucking your bank account dry. Just to add insult to the injury, I had a 2020 Altima SL & I noticed a small spot of clear coat paint coming off on the edge of the front hood & these idiots have the balls to say that "it's not covered under warranty because they "think" it was in a wreck. Excuse me? How do you know that since it wasn't even no where found on the car fax report, it was wrecked. Do yourself a favor to save time, money, & headache, go to any other Nissan dealer, but this one. read more

The worst car buying experience EVER. First, don't interrupt me while I'm shopping so you can bring the car you assume I'm approved for directly to me. You don't know WHAT I'm working with. Second, don't assume that because she's about to be a young car owner that she needs YOUR guidance. That's why I'm here. Third, you yelled, maybe this should have been first, at your salesman over the PA. That was unprofessional, rude and highly disrespectful. After viewing new and used vehicles, my wife and I decided that the ones available that we liked were out of our price range. But thanks to the very persistent and we'll spoken salesman that obviously didn't care if we could afford it or not my wife ended up buying a vehicle that was beyond our means. I dislike salesmen that don't think about the customer. Will not be back to petro. EVER. Petro has nice vehicles and relatively good deals, and our vehicle is very nice. I just wish the salesman would not nag the customers every minute of the day to get the sale. read more

I had an appointment this past Saturday November 3, 2018. I had set my appointment online for just an oil change in my 2017 Rogue at 9:00 A.M. I arrived about 8:50 A.M. The service tech came to check me in, I told him I had appointment to get my oil changed and that my check engine light had just come on and could he have it checked? Without hesitation, he said no, you will have to schedule a separate appointment to get that checked as it is a separate department and they only have 2 techs working today and already have things they are working on. Now, I am a women, but I also know that it would not take but a few minutes of some ones time to hook the machine to my car and see what the code was that was causing the light to come on. I told him if it was something serious, I would schedule and bring it back if needed. With it being a fairly new car with less than 25,000 miles on it, I didn't figure it was that serious. I said if your that busy I can take my car some where else to have it checked and can get the oil change while there. He said no, we can do the oil change just not the check engine light. I said no one can hook the machine up and just let me know if it was anything serious? He said ma'am it is waaaay more complicated that that...Like I said I am a women, but that does not make me stupid, I grew up around auto work and repairs.... As I proceeded to get back in my vehicle and leave, he said wait, let me talk to some one and see what we can do, well you know by this time he had already ruffled my feathers and I was ready to take my business else where. He came back and said, ok we will check the light after we do the oil change. After all was said and done , turns out it was my battery and with it being under warranty they went ahead and replaced it. Remind you, I checked in at 8:50, I was not able to leave until 12:20 ish. Now, during all that time people came and went, checked in, got oil changes, tire rotations, etc. and most were gone within an hour of coming in the door. I figure they decided that since I had inconvenienced them, they would do the same for me. Oh and it goes on. Finally the tech came in and said ok your ready to check out just as soon as I check the couple out in front of you. He was checking the couple in front of me out and said to them ok your oil change and tire rotation is $70 ish dollars, the man said we just had our tires rotated and did not ask you to do them again. The tech started by saying, well when I asked your wife she said rotate them, the wife stepped up and said wait a minute, no, I never said that, you talked to my husband when we first got here not me. The tech said well, ok let me go fix it. He came back and taken the price off for the rotation, they checked out and left.... You probably already guessed the next part, He was checking me out , gave me the paper work to sign for the warranty on the battery and was saying ok, I gave you a $10 coupon so with the oil change and tire rotation, that will be $70 ish, I looked at him and said I just had a tire rotation on my last visit ( which they have on file) and that I did not ask for that today, he said yes you did, I told him that he needed to go look at my online appointment, where I had booked it and it would show oil change only, He said well I will fix it this time, but anytime we do an oil change we do the tire rotation as well and that I should keep that in mind. He snatched the warranty paper work out from under me and I was trying to sign it and went off to get the tire rotation removed. When he huffed back in, I asked him if he wanted me to finish signing the warranty paper work that he had taken away from me. He said yes. I paid and he walked me out to my car, with not much said. I told him that I was sorry he was having such a bad day, he said it's ok happens all the time. I bought a new Altima from Petro in 2017, it was involved in a Head on collision in late 2017, then in early 2018 I bought my 2017 rogue from a used dealer and was thinking after the first of 2019 I would trade in , but I am certainly thinking about not using Petro... read more

Great assistance with getting my son his first car! The salesmen were fantastic in their knowledge of the vehicles and have superior customer service skills. my father and I last year went to Petro Nissan to buy a car : we talked on the phone was approved for a new car . got there the person who told us this was not there , ended up with a used car, way to high interested rate and was told had a year left on 3 year warranty. the ac motor goes out and service center informs me oh its over 36 miles its not covered , when I told him we where never told this only we had a year and a half warranty but the fact the car had 54000 miles on it well it not be covered . what is the use buying a car if you don't get what you want and then to only find out the warranty is out on most of the car.so lied about preapproved ,lied about getting a new car , lied about warranty and ended up with a 9.75 interested rate when told no money down and 3 percent interested rate not to happy with them nor will refer them to others next time look for a car it will not be Petro ..... read more

Avoid this place or risk getting ripped off. They took my diagnostic fee, told me my car was under warranty, and they won't return my diagnostic fee. Okay, fine, as long as they fix my car, right? Wrong! They now refuse to service my car because I voiced my displeasure online! Talk about censorship, subterfuge, and fraud. Now you say it's not under warranty?
