After they had a diagnosis then it took another three days to let me know what needed to be done in order to fix the issue. I had a leak in my car, which I asked them to fix, and asked them to please not leave my car outside in the rain until they found the leak. I picked up my car and there was water inside my car from the rain after I asked them not to leave my car outside in the rain and after they said they fixed the leak. So I am still not sure if the leak is fixed or not. Very few of the employees were actually helpful. I would recommend taking your car to any other shop in town if you can.

Final spoke to upper management and they told me they would check some things and call me back. Another person in service called me back and told me after the other dealership had replaced parts that they had put on the vehicle before selling it to me, that I should have taken the vehicle back to them. They did not try to help in anyway. They patched the car just for the sale. I have bought many vehicles over the years and I have never had any issues with them nor the dealerships.
