Plenty of truck parking…read more(including reserve spots), a hotel on site, truck service, laundry, and some of the cleanest, most spacious showers we've found -- and we almost never have to wait. We love all the Route 66 throwbacks and really hope they never change the Route 66-themed bathrooms or move the Mother Road show semi out front. It gives the whole place such a fun, nostalgic vibe you don't find at most travel centers. There are tons of food choices, a truck wash/tub, and even a barber on site which is pretty rare these days. Everything is well kept and the staff is always friendly. Special thanks to Pat for the nice laugh this morning -- she sent us off smiling before we hit the road. Always a great stop when we're passing through Missouri.

Didn't really look like they made many changes to the truck accessories area. The big rig on the turn table has always been a cool feature. Not a trucker so not sure how it rates from that perspective but from a passenger car perspective the variety of food options, the coffee bar area and the convenience portion is nice. Biggest issue is getting in and out of the parking area. Truckers and passenger cars all merging at the same light makes it crazy getting in and out.

If you are driving west, this is a great place to hit up since your options are limited for quite a few miles into OK. 2) This Pilot is busy. No matter what time at night or early morning, there are always a lot of people around and as safe as any place you will find. I have actually slept in my car here when I was super tired and couldn't make it all the way home w/o a little rest. 3) It is clean, appears well kept and has an adjoining full sized Wendy's. Aw...how I love Wendy's. :( I have driven all over the country (mostly by myself) and having a consistent, clean place to stop makes travelling and planning stops - easy!

The restrooms were cleaned sometime last week. They were so disgusting that you smelled the fumes…read moreof urine and feces when you enter the hallway. I went into the restroom and was surprised by the man brushing is teeth at the sink. I don't see How he could do that in this restroom. I entered the stall to find a toilet enveloped in a pool of urine with large menacing turds caked on and outside the toilet. Needless to say, I walked out, washed my hands whilst holding my breath and ran to my car.

There are several places to get drinks, from a coffee shop to an Orange Julius, and there is crap you need galore! Truckers will love the twelve hundred feet or so of gear for their ride, with everything from bumpers to smokestacks. When we were there they were being used as a gas and checkpoint for The Great Race, which meant more classic cars than you can shake a stick at to check out. We must have been there at least an hour just checking everything out.

So this is my stop and no, it's not the cheapest. I would have assumed this station is on Indian land and they can skip the Missouri excise taxes but I was apparently wrong.
