Jenny came to my family highly recommended by my aunt and it was the best decision we have ever made using Faithful Friends. To speak to the extent Jenny goes and her genuine love and willingness to take care of her "clients", our older pup is about 7 and has always been incredibly anxious particularly during thunderstorms. While we were in Florida this past week, a huge storm came through and not only did Jenny make sure to monitor its progress to ensure our pup got his anxiety medicine in time for relief but when the power went out, she went out of her way and far past the time she was paid for to bring over battery powered lights and set them up around our home to get the animals through the power outage most comfortably. She sat with both our dogs for a while giving them lots of love before heading home to her own family sending pictures and updates the entire time. Based upon the booking screening, it was clear that the company is professional, well-run, and focused. They provide transportation for your pet to and from their boarding stay and even provide daily pictures of your pet via text. We were very happy with the arrangements until, in the middle of our vacation, we were told that our dog had an episode of weakness and was rushed to our vet whose information we provided at booking. Andrew stayed with our pet and transported him to the overnight Emergency vet for observation. Everything turned out fine and Andrew picked up our pet to finish his stay. Andrew went out of his way and not only did everything for our pet that we could have done, but he also kept us informed and comforted. This rescue is awful. I wanted to adopt 2 dogs being brought up from Alabama. I filled out all the…read morepaperwork, gave all the references, waited over a week, I was told I had to pay first and commit before I even met them. I found another of their dogs that I thought would be a better fit so I asked about that one. They never gave me any inot on the other dog and I then got a text saying they denied me as an adopter because I hadn't vaccinated my 2 dogs in a few years. I explained to them that my husky had a horrible reaction to his last vaccines and the vet couldn't tell us which one it was from. My Pom was 10 and had an enlarged heart. I didn't want anything to happen to either one of them so I stopped the vaccines. My dogs never leave my home other than to go to the vet. However this rescue doesn't care. They would rather I risk the health of my dogs to follow some strict rule of theirs. I told them they needed to get to know us and not just what we are on paper. They never replied. Rescues preach adopt, don't shop. Yet a loving home like mine is denied? Horrible horrible way to protect and save precious lives!!!
