This place was a terrible experience, and I will never bring my dog back…read more The groomer who worked on my Bichon seemed rude from the beginning, but I overlooked it. What upset me most was that when I picked up my dog, the groomer didn't even come out to explain the haircut. Another employee spoke to me instead. I specifically said it was okay to cut his hair short, but I did NOT ask for him to be shaved completely. They shaved his entire body, including his tail, without calling or asking for my approval first. My dog looked completely different from what I requested. To make matters worse, they charged me an additional $30 for 45 minutes of de-matting. If the knots were so bad that they had to shave him anyway, why charge extra without discussing the options with me first? When I asked about the extra charge, the groomer told me my dog had many knots and said she could bring them out and show me. At that point, my dog was already shaved bald, so there was nothing that could be done. The lack of communication, poor customer service, and rude attitude were unacceptable. I ended up paying $98 plus a tip for a haircut I never wanted. I felt completely ignored as a customer. I would not recommend this grooming salon to anyone. In my experience, they were unprofessional, unskilled, and failed to communicate important decisions about my dog's grooming.

The young girls in the back for grooming are exceptionally rude and disrespectful. And they do a terrible job. Would never take my pet back here again. Checking out up front is no better, you will treated poorly. The employees act as if they are doing you a big favor by barely preforming their job. It is obvious Petsmart does not value their customers. Hence, I no longer value their business. Will not return!

It has taken me this long to actually review Noble Paw, because this was an incredibly hard loss for me. We decided on purchasing a miniature goldendoodle, and when we saw the pictures of her, we instantly fell in love. We wanted to see her, but we were told she had kennel cough and we had to wait until she was cleared by the vet. Then we heard that she was allergic to the antibiotic, so again we waited. When we finally went to see her, they had her in the back in a kennel, which I should have realized was odd. We eventually purchased her for $3,000, and she was worth every cent. She was a wonderful puppy, but she constantly had diarrhea. We kept her on Science Diet food for puppies, because that is what they said she was on, but we eventually provide her with Farmers Dog Food, and mixed in Science Diet food. She did well for a couple of weeks on that, but still had loose stools. One evening she seemed a little off, nothing that would warrant a trip to the vet, so we decided if she wasn't better that we would take her first thing in the morning. In the morning she was lethargic, and very sick. Took her directly to the emergency clinic in Vero Beach. The doctor tried everything to keep her alive, but she died within 3 hours. We had an autopsy done and she died of bacterial septicemia. The report said," she had acute to subacute damage to her stomach and proximal small intestine with infiltration of bacteria into the wall of both organs." In hindsight I should have contacted Noble Paws, but like I said earlier, the loss of my sweet girl was too hard to accept, and I couldn't and to this day I still struggle talking about her. I have kept the autopsy report, and eventually I might discuss this with them, to try and recover some of the cost of this tragic occurrence.

And I was right-- I came across a locally owned pet food distributor and seller in Stuart called City Dog. The shop is small but has a large kitchen in the back. They are actually located within the B & A Flea Market in Building M. Their pet food and treats are made from home, in the USA, with gluten free and soy free, their hygiene products are holistic. After having a good solid chat with the owner and chef, I felt comfortable to trust their pet food so I bought a pound of their frozen meatloaf beef for my dog. The lady is very kind, honest, and informative. She really knows her stuff and you can tell has researched it very thorough too except the part when she exclaimed her basset hound being 24 years old...unless she meant 24 years in human years not dog years because there is just absolutely no way a basset hound's lifespan can exceed through 20 years. Anywho, check this family-owned shop out. You can also check out their website but it's really worth your time going to see the place and meet the owner in person, http://www.citydoginc.com/holistic.html Hours of Operation: Wednesday - Friday: 10:00a.m. - 5:00p.m. Saturday and Sunday: 9:00a.m. - 3:00p.m. Closed Monday and Tuesday Call in advance if you have any questions!
