The previous groomer would always shear our dog right to the skin, telling us he was too matted. Turns out he just didn't want to spend the time, taking too many dogs at the same time. That is why we started to look for another groomer & happily found PB Paws Spa. When we picked up our pet, the cut was exactly what we asked for and he looked so handsome! I love that they immediately put your pet in an exam room so you don't have to deal with lobby germs and interactions and you also pay in the room to scoot out quick.
