Dr. Hardinsky is very personable and explains the problem/solution in a way that comforts you. I bring all of my pets here for both routine and urgent visits. The staff is consistently showing compassion towards both me and my pets and I trust them with my pets. I've been coming here since 2020 and have no complaints. They stay true to the low cost as well. Would recommend bringing your fur baby here. I called in at 10am asking for a same day appointment and was able to be seen the same day at 3:45. never had a problem when I adopted Maggie. The veterinarian and her assistant are fantastic. I can't say that for the other staff members. Pretty damn rude in my opinion. You have an appointment, and it is never on time with an animal that is friendly and wants to kiss/play with all the other animals sitting there. It seems to me either they change the appointments so there is not a lot of animals sitting just waiting or try to separate the animals. There is not enough room in the waiting room. read more

I dropped my dogs off for boarding and also paid for a nail trimming. After the visit I realized the nails were not done. I called twice and was told the money would be credited back to my card. I had to make a third call after two more weeks had passed and was told it would be a credit on the in-house account and they do not refund money to customers. I was told their system can't process refunds. This can't be true. If a merchant can process a credit card they can process a refund. I asked to speak to the manager and the person on the phone told me there isn't one! I find this totally unacceptable and will not be returning. read more

Never take your pets to Pets Inc. I took my cat there yesterday and had her spayed and when i picked her up at 5. They did not check to make sure she was ok. When I got her home even hours later she was still not able to walk or hold her head up and I rushed her to another Emergency vet and they told me that they didnt not have a reverse meds to help to pull her out this and that is because they do not use the meds they use anymore that is was took off the shelf and that it had not been used in a very long time and that they dont understand why they used it. that is just the start. When I took her out they didnt even clean her and then charged me a large amount. after all this I looked up reviews on them and there was nothing good to say about them and I was told they was good but nope so please take your pets to some place else. Adopted my cat from here. The staff really care about where the pets are going to because they take their time to go over the adoption papers and asking the right questions. I also volunteered with my class for a day and they can use all the help they can to feed the animals to walk the dogs. The dogs love it when you walk them. I was in the market for a new puppy for my kids so I decided to go with the option of adopting. Well I went in and as I was looking at the puppies I witnessed an employee being very rude almost verbally abusive to one of the volunteers there. I was there for a while and I witnessed them barking orders at her even telling her "you competed that too fast do it again". I do not believe you should treat anyone with this type of dignity I wonder how the animals are treated if humans are treated this way. Post from someone who worked there!! SHARE!!! -So I was not going to post this, I don't like bashing businesses. But I also want to do the right thing and make sure people are treated fairly. So here it goes, I recently was working at PETSinc, I say "I was" because I recently just quit... and I wanted too let everyone know why. There is a gentleman who has been volunteering with them since 2017. I did not catch his name. But he is a very nice man. He does have autism, but as far as I can tell it's high functioning. He sweeps and helps with donations, walks the dogs. He does a lot. I worked with him for a little bit, and talked with him some. He told me he very much enjoys the animals, so I asked him, why since you have been volunteering for so long looked to see about getting a job here? And he told me he had tried several times but no one got back with him about his application. So I pulled my manger aside and asked her why hadn't they hired him since he has been working there so long?( her name is Tabitha) And she told me quote "Well he has autism". I could not BELIEVE she said that too me. I know discrimination happens still today even tho we are in 2020, it still blew my mind. Their are also some other things going on over there that are not quite right,( these reasons are not why I quit, what she told me is why I quit). But anyway the people who do all the hard labor( like feed, walk, clean up after and give medicine) get paid poorly and the people who only do paper work get paid decent. I enjoyed working with the animals so much but my conscious could not allow me too work for a company who discriminates against someone with a disability. I have bought several animals from Pets Inc Never had any problems. About three months ago on a Tuesday I went in, paid $200 for a cat took it home home and the cat never moved or made any sounds. The next Tuesday I took the cat back for the staff (vet) to look at. When I went to pick the cat up that afternoon they told me something was wrong with the cat. They never told me what it was but I could not take the cat back home. I picked out another cat since I had already paid the $200. This cat is fine and I love him. My question is??? I thought they check all of the animals to make sure they were in good health before anyone could adopt. Over the years I have made may donations such as many people have and I cannot believe that these people had this poor sick cat and had not check it out. Even offered to give them money to help her. I was feeding and gave shelter on front porch and she has wondered off. Will have to call pound if she comes back because she will only end of getting pregnant or hurt. Would not come to me also. Adopted WIlson after he spent months and months waiting for a home, I can't express the love I have for this dog and how good he has been. I highly recommend adopting, I would have never dreamed how well mannered and the discipline Wilson has shown, Hats off to the staff and trainer Tom. They called to check on him after adoption and were careful in helping him find the right fit. I have had two friends here tell me this is not the place to get your next pet at due to the fact that they have mostly teenagers here trying to run the place and there are only two adults at one time in the building with all the teens running around . well I went there on Saturday to look around and get some information on one of the puppys they had and I was interested in . The first girl I talked to said she would get someone because she was not familiar and we were standing there with a large puppy in hand about 15 minutes while waiting for this girl to get someone . The adult named Mary came over and asked if she could help , I asked her about the puppy and she was not sure said she would get someone else . At this point it has now been about an hour waiting to find out about this puppy . My husband told me it was time to go . I wish I couldn't even give them one star to begin with. I adopted a 5 month old dog from here about 2 or so months ago. Upon adopting her I noticed she had some skin missing. So curiosity struck and I asked "Why is she missing patches of fur?" The adopting counselor told me "She pulls her hair out when she's stressed." So honestly believing them I dismissed it. Upon getting her home a week passed and she started throwing up nonstop. I'm talking for hours on end. I called them and all I got was an attitude. But after 20 minutes of bickering back and forth on the phone they allowed me to bring her in for a parvo test. Which later came back negative but they found she had an intestinal parasite. So I was giving her medicine for a week and she started puking again. Took her back. Turns out she had 2 intestinal parasites AND on top of that turned out she had mange. Upon getting her back they gave me medicine to give her for her skin. But before taing her back the first time her skin wasn't even bad really. Just bald spots. Upon bring her home the time after treating her for her parasites? Her skin was HORRIBLE. I'm constantly having to wash blankets, sanitize everything, give her baths. And today I'm having to wipe away all the sores of blood, puss, and crust. I also have to get rid of all my furniture due to the foul smell coming from her sores and wounds. Which let me remind you it was NOT like this until I took her back to be treated for her parasites. I will never. and I mean NEVER associate or recommended them to a friend or even an enemy. So now thanks to their lack of tacking care of her while she was there (before adoption) I am now having to spend hundreds of dollars to fix something that they should have fixed. And not lied to me about while adopting her. That's false information of her being healthy. When adopting her I was told she was. Also upon taking her to all of the vets and etc? They all roll their eyes when I say Pets Inc. saying how unsanitary and how many animals they get sick from new owners at their locations. Im amazed they haven't been shut down yet. Trust me.
