We also have a boy who has issues with his ears so we don't touch them and I told them and they listening to my requests about that. Simply put, it was the best experience we have had in over 20 years of sending our pups to a kennel! This is so much more than a kennel.... The setting itself sets WDR apart from the competition: it's a residential setting with a large acreage for the dogs to roam and play in, large indoor/outdoor kennels spread out over a few outbuildings on the property (they also have an indoor setting for smaller breeds that looks really nice, but we didn't use)....Our dog, like many, tends to resist bring dropped off at kennels, the vet, etc., but he welcomed his visit there and really bonded with the owner, Kelli, who's caring, professional and honest with customers. She's also very flexible on Custom drop off and pickup times, and care requirements for your pup. You get daily updates/pix of your animals, too! We are certain that Shadow was well cared for at Weatherford Dog Ranch, and, in fact, we're boarding him there again in a few weeks. Check out the happy look on his face during his time there)
