While my dogs were there they even sent a couple of updates about how they were without me even asking which I REALLY appreciated as my dogs are truly my babies. We also have a boy who has issues with his ears so we don't touch them and I told them and they listening to my requests about that. They also let my babies room together which was so helpful for me and for them to feel more comfortable. I can't express how much I appreciate them. It's close to my work, making it very easy to drop off and pick up. After reading reviews we decided this was the place for us, Three+ years later, our pup still goes there most days. He's excited to be dropped off and happy to be picked up. The employees are great with the dogs, and I get daily reports of his adventures. Most of all, we also get peace of mind that he bid safe and not all by himself all day when we are at work. Suzette is great with him and greets him by name. She's taken additional security measures to keep the facility safe and secure (not in the best neighborhood, but that's not her fault, and not a reason not to take your dog there). All in all, we're very happy with our decision and recommend this business to anyone who wants a safe and caring place for their pup. 10/10
