However they didn't listen to anything I said about my dogs haircut. They chose to do what they wanted and it was awful. They did the complete opposite of what I requested and now he looks like a hot mess. I actually had people ask me what happened to him. Picture doesn't show that he was shaved bald under his neck and the bandanna all the way down his chest and his behind. His tail looks like a lolly pop. I can't comment on their boarding but stay far, far away from the grooming department.

I could tell by the updates that the girls genuinely loved my dogs and appreciated their unique personalities, which was such a comfort as I have a very difficult time leaving them! They even went "frog hunting" with the pups every night in the backyard. I came home after two weeks to a spotless house, and they even bathed the dogs while I was away. I also appreciated that with this service comes advance scheduling, coverage for cancellations, etc., all that you can't get with a Rover sitter and what I couldn't take a risk on with such a big trip. Not only did help me raise the funds by sharing my fundraiser, she grew to love both my dogs. I never leave the house unless my boyfriend is home because my dog has separation anxiety and destroys the house. The new dog has grown severely attached to me, I assume from whatever trauma he faced on the streets. The new one is not crate trained and screams and soils himself if you put him in one. I have a lot of medical conditions that I used to have to cancel appointments for if I my boyfriend was out of town for work. Now I am able to call PGPC and they sit with my boys for the hour I'm gone and make sure they are safe! I honestly would be lost with out them.

I had my dog and three cats there from July 1 to July 10. When I went to pick them up I paid the bill and they put my cats into their cages. in my car and I went home. When I got home my dog kept crying all over the house and then I looked at my cat and he had been attacked my another cat there. His eye was infected and three scratches on his face. I took him to the vet the next day and he was put on three medications. THey never called me to tell me he was like this. The vet bill we over two hundred dollars pluse meds. I called them and the manage there said my dog was only let out three times to go to the bathroom. She was locked up and I was told never played with the other dogs. I paid them the dulex boarding for her. All that time she was in her cage alone. I also found out they use tazers on the dogs to. I had one that fell in my dog bag and thats how I new they did this. I still have it and pics of my cat to.

They clearly forgot my dog was even there after having to reschedule…read more Initial grooming appointment was for last Wednesday and was called that the air conditioning went out and it was unsafe to complete the grooming, was told we could reschedule for today, double checked this with the front desk last week when i picked my dog up after being there all day waiting for grooming in a crate and getting nothing. Dropped him off this morning and assumed everything was set, nothing was said otherwise from the front desk staff and they took him right back to "get the bath to start". At lunch I received an automated text message that the appointment is scheduled for next Monday... I called as he is physically there supposed to get the grooming now, or should have already had it. No one answered so I left a message asking about this. a half hour later when no one called back I called again and the person on the phone said " I did get your message, it is up to the groomer if she has time to do the hair cut?!" but no one bothered to reach out to me to tell me this. had I not called a second time he would still be just sitting in a crate! it is now 3 pm, I have changed my schedule to get him to and from this appointment twice and he has been locked in a crate since 8:45 this morning with no call to tell me this even when i call??? Ridiculous. When i show up to pick him up the employees at the front don't even care that this has happened, offer no explanation or reasoning on this at all. I ask to speak to a manager and am just told "they aren't there", on a Monday at 3 pm? great way to run a business. Avoid at all cost, I will never go back.
