My dogs love it here. They are well cared for and communicate with me quickly. We could not be happier with our experience here. The facilities are clean and staff has been great with us. Although not horrible, our experience here was far from great. Being new to the area we took, Schultz, our Mini Schnauzer/Yorkie mix here in search for a new doggie daycare and boarding option. Since this was our first visit to the facility, we decided to drop Schultz off for a couple of hours while my wife and I ran a few errands. When we arrived at Magnolialis, the clerk at the front desk to be civil, but awkward and disinterested. When we handed Schultz to him, he skirted our pup to the back with all the charisma and engagement you'd afford a sack of potatoes. Although we didn't feel great about it, we feared perhaps we were being overly protective and forged on with the plan. To their credit, Magnolia does provide webcam views of pups they host. As we ran our errands, we frequently checked the webcam to see how things were going. We repeatedly found that Schultz remained timidly off to the side of a pen, skittishly watching other dogs come and go. Unfortunately, no human ever appeared in the field of view and Schultz never engaged with any of the other. Likewise, the other pups appeared to meander around aimlessly. Since Schultz seemed anxious, we cut our plans short and picked him up early. When we arrived, he seemed overly eager to see us and even a little panicked. Since then, we've tried two other facilities in the area (and settled on one of those). He fared much better at both of the alternatives. Overall, not horrible, but not great. We'll never know for sure why our pup wasn't a fan, but we know enough not to take him back. That said, our experience may not be typical, because clearly some folks have had better experiences. read more

After years of boarding our four legged family, we were so excited to find Magnolia's Bed and Biscuit. The facility is clean and well staffed with compassionate people, who loved our Maya and treated her with kindness. We can't thank you enough for the care and love you gave her. Not sure how new this place is, but it was clean and organized enough to give me that appearance! I was in the area for a race (which was unexpectedly cancelled), and needed my dog to be in doggy daycare so she wasn't going bonkers in my apartment. Lo and behold, Google led me to this place. It is hard to find at first since it's tucked away behind other buildings, but follow their website map directions and you won't be led astray. The hours on the weekend are nice and long, and although it wasn't listed on their website, their prices are very reasonable. The employees there are helpful and easygoing, and they do everything they can to assist. Rather than pull my dog out of daycare, I decided to leave her there for a few more hours so she could have fun and I could go splurge at Whole Foods Market. And you know what? It was a GREAT idea cuz she was pooped when she got home...to the extent where it's 8AM the following morning and she's still refusing to wake up! Next time I'm in the area, I'll make sure my dog goes there again. :-) read more

We started bringing our beagle to get interaction with other dogs and exercise....we love the it. We got another pup and she also goes and she loves it also. It is great for boarding also...our dogs love it! The staff and owner are very compassionate and take excellent care of our girls. We can't thank y'all enough! read more

Awesome place! I take two dogs for daycare pretty regularly and board them overnight when I have to go out of town. The place is always clean, the staff is friendly, and they always know the dogs' names. I also really like that they have a large climate controlled area to put the dogs in to help keep them cool during summer and out of bad weather. They also have cameras you can pull up and watch your dogs play What really made me love this place was the last time I picked up my dogs. I noticed that my black lab was the only dog in the inside area - all the other dogs were outside. At first, I thought she may have caused some problems but was told they noticed she was really having trouble in the heat so they moved her inside to cool her down and watch her. To me, that shows just how caring they are about the dogs and they treat them like their own pets. read more

I made last minute accommodations for my dog at Magnolia's Bed & Biscuit, for a 3 night stay. They facility is very nice, looks new, is clean, and smells clean. I love the fact that the dogs play during the day and sleep in kennels at night. They have many different options as far as size. My pup got a room that was probably bigger than my bedroom at home! It looks like my dog had a great stay, as he was tuckered out after we got home. I got watch him play on the webcam app. I was able to meet the owner when I picked my dog up, and he was very nice. I will be bringing him back for a week in September! We had a bit of trouble finding the place initially, so be sure to follow the directions on their website instead of just plugging it into your GPS! I am more than satisfied with their care and facility. I could not speak more highly of this for boarding my dog! Their prices are reasonable too. read more

I can't say enough positive things about this place. Not only are the facilities clean and well-kept, but the staff are wonderful and make you feel like they truly care about your dog. All sorts of services are offered from extended stay boarding to even a drop off "daycare" style which is great for errand running. The fact that the dogs run and play with one another all day before retiring to their own room at night is awesome! This place just has some nice touches that make you feel confident about leaving your dog! We don't like to use anywhere else. For roughly $30 a night, you don't find better accommodations and care for your dog. read more

A great place for boarding. Love AND trust the staff with our 2 fur babies (dogs) for several years now. Service with a smile, too! Day Care and Boarding are actually fun (so the dogs tell me), and dogs are well taken care of there. They return in good shape, no drama. read more

This is a great operation! It is clean, well organized, and the food dishes are sanitized with each use. Our 16 year old dog is very happy to go to this B&B and relaxed when we picked her up. I love that we can view the dogs in the play areas during the day. The team is very helpful and friendly to pets and humans alike. read more

Such a friendly place took my dog there for a week of doggie day care. I'm from Out of town and needed someone to watch him while I worked. After the 1st day they knew his name and when they saw my car in the parking lot they already had him in the lobby waiting for me! Definitely tired the crazy guy out too. read more
