After many many quotes Dr Scott's office said the cost would be $200 plus tax, which was fair given the number of quotes we received. My friend raised money to help max and we were quoted from $168 (Free home) to $400 just for the euthanasia! So I knew what to expect and felt confident the $200 quote given to me by Cassie was fair! Well I was scammed by this office with a bait and switch! The quote Cassie gave me to put max down was out the door and Dr Scott refused to honor it! He stood arguing with me there while my dog was in the other room and I was a mess having the weight of putting down my best friend! I am sick to my stomach that I brought my baby here to this greedy Vet who could care less about Max or myself! I paid this office but just know Iwill be on the news about this! Then the door opened again and the vet walked in. He took on look at her and said, "looks like she needs another shot again"! He showed no compassion at all! He gave her another shot that knocked her out. Her blue eye was spinning round and round! I was heartbroken and still am. If I had waited one more day I would have had my regular vet, Dr. Hargett. What a compassionate man! He even took the time to look up how many calories were in my dog food, and told me about 1-800-pets. I didn't want to lose him, but I knew I would never be able to walk in there again. How could a vet be so cruel? Maggie was family! I miss her so much.

Just shy of his 14th birthday, Harper began showing signs of distress--excessive thirst and urination. Dr. Wansky promptly ran diagnostic tests and diagnosed him with diabetes. Understanding the financial strain that long-term care can bring, she worked closely with us to find a more affordable treatment plan without compromising his well-being. Two months later, Harper's condition worsened. He stopped eating and drinking, and we returned to the clinic for further testing. We were awaiting results when, on Friday night, Harper's health declined rapidly his breathing became labored, and he cried out in pain with movement. By Saturday morning, we knew it was time. We arrived at the clinic before the final test results were in. The staff welcomed us with empathy and professionalism, creating a space of peace and dignity for Harper and our family. Dr. Wansky reviewed the bloodwork, which was inconclusive, and gently explained that a tumor was likely the cause of his suffering.
