Don't waste your time taking your pet in for shots on a Saturday - spent 2 hours waiting in the parking lot for a few minutes to get the shots. I each time I requested an update was told 30 minutes. Will be going to Tractor Supply next year read more

Affordable & great service! I've got 5 pets (as well as 2 children!), so going to a regular "full service vet" just hasn't been in my budget anymore. They're so expensive! A neighbor recommended pet shots express & I took my 2 adult dogs there recently for their annual exams. The woman I spoke to on the phone recommended making an appointment vs. being a walk-in (due to walk-ins sometimes having to wait a long time). On the day of my appointment, I think we only waited for about 3-5 minutes in the car before they called us in. It was great not having a long wait in the waiting room. They were great to my dogs, spent a lot of time talking with me about different issues my dogs are having and were really thorough. They were also up front about fees and different options financially with different treatments (as opposed to the full service vets I've gone to...) One of my dogs had an allergic reaction to a new vaccine he was given & they were really good about taking care of him and the doctor & tech both stayed late - after hours - to make sure he was okay. I definitely recommend this place to anyone with pets! They're great & don't break the bank too much :) read more

Until today, I really liked this place. I took my dog in for a nail trim and they said it would be 20-30 minutes. One hour later, they were still not able to give me a time when they could perform a simple service. This is not only unprofessional, but displays poor customer service and management. Either develop a system where you can provide accurate wait times or expand your staff/facility. Until this occurs, go elsewhere! read more

I brought my rescue dog here. He is very timid and scared of everyone. He barked at them almost the whole time but they were so patient and caring towards him that by the end he let them pet him. I am usually able to get seen the same day and the prices make caring for my animals affordable. The staff calls to check up on us if one of them is sick. They really care about animals and it shows. me and my family have been going to this vet place for years and lately the service just isnt what it used to be. -today i took my three dogs to get their nails done and an anal expression for one. i made an appointment on monday for saturday the 24th at 9:45. my boyfriend and my mom were around when i made it and can confirm that i did make an appointment. i get there and call them to let them know im there with my three dogs for my 9:45 appointment and before i say my animals name, she said their names before i could. i go where they tell me to and then an hour went by so i called. they said they put me down as a walk in which i was surprised by considering i made an appointment. they said i was next in line and then 25+ minutes went by and they came and grabbed one dog. after they were done they gave him back and said we'll have to pause before doing any of my other dogs. then another like 45 minutes and they finally complete all of my dogs nails. i paid and no one notified me about their price increase for all of their services, which is fine because inflation, but dont increase your prices and give me shittier service. i dont even think they were busy (i mean ive seen them packed and ive gone for a walk in and been out in an hour, not two hours for an appointment). afterwards my brother and i decided after that horrible two hours in sun while my dogs had to listen to the construction, we decided to get pup cups for them. we start giving it to them and my brother notices blood on his leg. they nipped my dog's quip, which can happen, but blood was everywhere. on my center console, back seats, my brother's clothes, windows, EVERYWHERE. i had to clean the whole car because bloods is hard to get out of leather. i wish i took pictures to post with this review but i wasnt going to review until my dad said it was ridiculous. - i forgot to mention, during the two hours i was there, 3-4 cars had come and gone (and i got cussed out by someone for PARKING WHERE I WAS TOLD TO BEHIND THE BUILDING). i really hope all those cars werent walk ins and appointments because that proves they dont care about me and my animals. me and my family have gone here as our primary animals vets but i just feel disrespected. i dont even know if i can go anywhere else because one of my dogs hates getting their nails done and other places say for their safety he needs to go to a vet equipped for his behavior. and a full service vet quoted me $170 for just his nails. this place has seen all 13 (ish) animals i have brought them in the past five (maybe more) years i have been going here. i dont know if me and my animals deserve this treatment anymore. ive also heard some clients of mine say their animals get sick after coming here so i just feel like my animals safety is at risk read more

If you're looking for cheap, quick shots for your pet, this is the place. But they met me at the car and my dog was in and out in less than five minutes. They don't allow humans inside for drive up appointments. It took longer to process my payment than my dog. read more

I was so disappointed in the way I was treated today by the staff that I have found another veterinarian to go to. I have gone there for a years and was taken back on their cold attitude about animals. I called and was told I could bring 2 small abandoned kittens for a respiratory illness. My husband picked up the kittens and drove there -I met him there. When I arrived he told me they wouldn't see us. I called and was told that he was rude on the phone and they refused to see us. I apologized for him and explained I had made the appointment and was a long time client. She told me that they were not going to see us because my husband was rude on the phone and they were very busy plus they did not see sick kittens per the doctor. This wasn't true because the day before I spoke to the doctor on the phone and she said to bring them in. We were only trying to help these little kittens that were abandoned and for them to be so heartless was very wrong. We did find Animal Medical Center in Holly Springs -they are wonderful and great pricing. Things happen for a reason and I believe it was to find Dr Haden and let go of Pet Shot Express! read more

This group of vets are great. We appreciate not being charged a $49 fee for "office visit" when just bringing our pet in for their shots. They also coordinate well with our full-service vet when shot records need to be transferred. They are very good about being timely for our appointments, and still make an effort to accommodate walk-ins. read more

I have been bringing my dog, Tucker, here for three years now. He suffers from severe allergies 75% of the year so we visit pretty regularly. Every time we have been the staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They have done everything from fitting me in last minute to giving me advice over the phone. Tucker is also a little anxious so he gets very uncomfortable in the exam room. They always calmly take him into the back to resolve this and don't hold his high strung demeanor against him. We have been so pleased we now also take our puppy here for her exams as well. With the affordability and the convenience, we wouldn't think of going anywhere else. read more
