I was told it would be about 4 hours before Aero was ready, and WOW, they did a good job. Aero had bad matting (being a long haired Shepherd), along with speargrass and other seeds/thorns stuck in his fur. Laurie and her colleague brushed them all out. Aero's fur feels silky soft now, and he also doesn't smell anymore (bathes couldn't remove the stinky dog stench from him). The best part is it was only $45 for my 80 pound dog.
